Last couple weeks, you'll notice I've installed a little metal brace thingy on to Randall to balance our the upward growth...I used the thing upside down I would later discover....I just found it on the side of the house I rent, so whatever..
Does anyone have any tips or explanations on Kate and Randall's weird growth patterns throughout the grow so far? Kate has always had short fat stubby leaves. Randall has not grown a new fan leaf in what feels like a month. I think it was root bound before I repotted.
Hi Buddy, nothing is weird, this is the way plants react to heat. Canoed leaves seem tighter than they actually are. Also hybrids sometimes change the shape of the leaves from veg to flo. My Royal Gorilla is blooming and now showing sativa-like leaves instead of fat and broad indica-like leaves of veg times. In my opinion, Kate and Randall are pale green plants, perhaps lack of N and other nute. Try to shade the pots, water them early in the morning, do not overfeed them. Another option is to build a net tent. Check my diaries and how I protect my girls from the heat. Cheers
@Green_Dream, I definitely can imagine that...this Kate plant has grown weird from day one....really fat stubby leaves compared to it's counter parts.
what kinda nuts would I feed? It's also weird because I feed all the plants the exact same thing at the exact same time
@ElMetitor, I haven't found many pictures of this strain, but it's looking like all three plants are starting to turn more and more purple, the closer they get to flower..Kevin is showing the least flowering signs.
Kate has grown strangely from the beginning but has the most flowering going on now
