Not much of an idea what I'm doing. About 8 Lemon Glue F2 seeds were sprouted in 2 huge pots. One of which I had put at least four LG F2 seeds in. In that pot there were two seeds that sprouted - Kevin & Kate. In another big pot I had put at least 3 seeds in the soil but only one sprouted: Randall.
After doing more research and understanding how humongous the plants would become I moved them all out of the big pots they were sharing and growing in and placed them each into smaller 1-Gallon pots.

On a windy day in the Bay Area I came home after a bike ride and found Kevin flattened by the wind. I thought Kevin had basically had his neck broken but I performed immediate surgery to hopefully salvage his life.

Replanted all of the plants from their one gallon homes into bigger pots...The original soil was very heavy, and even looked muddy when I got ready to trade them out. So I added al ot more CoCo into the soil ...Kevin has the big pot (Maybe 8 gallons??) and Kate and Randall are in about 5 gallons.
I don't know why Kate looks so different compared to her brother Kevin and adopted brother Randall. I've been doing the exact same thing with all three plants. I topped KEvin and Kate this week
In case anyone wants jump in and say they should all be female names, I am very progressive, and if any of them want to grow up and switch the gender that was assigned to them at birth then that will be fine and we will handle it when we get there.
While trying to bend and secure the twin stalks that had resulted from topping Kate and Kevin, I accidentally broke them off...Whoops....more Accidental HST for Kevin.
Last couple weeks, you'll notice I've installed a little metal brace thingy on to Randall to balance our the upward growth...I used the thing upside down I would later discover....I just found it on the side of the house I rent, so whatever..
Moved Kate into Kevin's old home for a little extra growing room as I am seeing more signs of flower, and Kevin into a 30 gal fabric pot for A LOT more leg room.
Of the big three, Kate and Randall are flowering. Kevin is still getting bigger and bigger in a veg state. The three plants have taken on tremendously different shapes and sizes. I feel like Randall is root bound in that little 4 or 5 gallon pot. I exhausted much of the CoCo around the area, and I just surrendered to having it stay in there. Check out all the weird single leaves it's growing. It doesn't look like it's put out a fan leaf in forever... Kate's flowers are a little more full. That plant is long, leggy, and RED.
I took a week off of taking pictures because I was sad that I had to Kill Kevin. Please comment below and make me feel better about killing Kevin. He was definitely growing pollen right?

After I killed Kevin last week I moved randall into the big 30gal fabric container. Randall has not grown a fan leaf in 3 weeks probably...bunches and bunches of individual leaves. I think it was very unhappy in the 3 gallon container I had it in up until last week.
Does anyone have any tips or explanations on Kate and Randall's weird growth patterns throughout the grow so far? Kate has always had short fat stubby leaves. Randall has not grown a new fan leaf in what feels like a month. I think it was root bound before I repotted.
Hi Buddy, nothing is weird, this is the way plants react to heat. Canoed leaves seem tighter than they actually are. Also hybrids sometimes change the shape of the leaves from veg to flo. My Royal Gorilla is blooming and now showing sativa-like leaves instead of fat and broad indica-like leaves of veg times. In my opinion, Kate and Randall are pale green plants, perhaps lack of N and other nute. Try to shade the pots, water them early in the morning, do not overfeed them. Another option is to build a net tent. Check my diaries and how I protect my girls from the heat. Cheers
