These girls are still under 350W LED.
Compared to my Smoothies they have more stretch and are not so bushy.
I‘ve reduced the distance to my lamp from 70cm to 35cm to increase PAR and minimize the stretch.

For six shooter I use 350W LED from Kingsbo during Veg. It is a Ufo light with CREE COB. I have it at 28“ inch.
