This was a free seed I received.
Soaked the seed on the 18th and planted it in a rockwool plug and placed in DWC pot on the 20th.
Nutes used were as follows:=
1ml/ltr of Advanced nutrients Bloom, Micro and grow.
Base PPM of tap water is 50ppm
All tap water is treated with 1 drop of Nutralaise per 1ltr of water.
I have a humidifier in the tent set at 75% humidity.
I use an aircomfort sensor to monitor the humidity and temp levels at 5 min intervals.
PPM after adding nutes were at 534 which I reduced by removing 8ltr of water and replacing with 8 lter of ph'd tap water to reduce to 222ppm.
Added two small oscillating fans to the tent, one between the plant and light and one above the light unit. I'm hoping this improves the air quality in the tent.
I messed up a bit on the nutrient levels and probably shouldn't have added any, however, seedling looks ok so far.
No roots visible below the pot so far but it's early yet.
Would suck if you have to chop those huge colas off. I would try to give the LST away from the light if possible. Either way looking good, this is an auto-flower? what hours is it on? they should stop stretching their third week in flower?
@GanjasaurusRex, She is about 1.3m tall + the bucket. I have her in a larger tent with two 600w leds set at an angle on either side. Hoping she has stopped growing and wants to fatten up.
@KiltedGrower, Understandable, my weather is same in Northern Ontario... Not sure, guess from whoever you bought the seeds from? They said it was auto?... IMO I'd get it on 12/12 I've never seen an auto so big. What I would do is chop it down some, give it a few days to make sure it didn't stress it out, Chop as little as possible, and do so Low Stress Training away from the light. When putting on 12/12 expect a bit more stretching, the third week of flower it should stop and just fill out.
@NorthernFrostCannabis, it seems to have stopped but I had to chip the main and have tied all the other branches down. She is big and bushy and has taken being chopped well. I don’t think she is an auto and have no idea what I’ve planted.
