Don't harvest, hairs are still almost all white. The only way to confirm is to get a loupe or magnifier and look at your trichomes to see their color, but I would be very surprised. Photos without the blurple light are easier to make a judgment on, but I see almost no swelling of calyxes, just hairiness. Your defoliating is really extreme, there are zero leaves left, which might stunt things. You have a lot of burnt leaf tips as well, likely from too much fertilizer/nutrients, try to cut back a few ml. Are you seeing any bugs/gnats around?

Wow, 86 Deg. F on your meter, that's WAY too high. Daytime your garden should never reach above 80 deg. Nighttime best results when temps are around 70.
