Got a bit of a late start out doors this year. They went out side a week ago after three inside. All are the same age but gorilla breath is by far the most vigorous. All are in 65 gallon smart pots and my own blend of organic super soil. Just givin them my well water which ph's at just under 7 and some fish and kelp and calmag from Bloom City as well as a wee bit of grandmas Molases all mixed up twice a week. Smell really kicked up a notch this week smelling so good! Sapphire scout probably has strongest smell so far. Gorilla Breath still out pacing other two growth wise but it also has the slimmest stems and stock. Did a foliar early last week with some kelp. Also did some preventative pest control with some neem,something has been doing a bit of snacking on the leaves not bad though. Fimmed and some lst done this morning as well. All in all everything is progressing well. Thanks again for looking✌️
Growing rapidly gaining atleast an inch or more a day. All are now the same height the Gorilla breath is the bushiest all are smelling wonderfully. Ants are the culprit that are doing a bit of nibbling on the leaves. I figure its not enough to hurt the plant plus Im pretty sure the ants will also eat unwanted pests like mites etc so they can stay for now. Been very hot this week fed 5 gals each of the blend and gave em a nice foliar to wash off the dust. All looking great ✌️
Some real vigorous beauties this year. Im really enjoying this grow great genetics so far. Got some trellising going on this week. All smell so good, with the Blue Gelato definitely the strongest smelling. Been in the low 90's all week but they paid the heat no mind a just kept growing. Looking forward to flowers soon! ✌️
Trimmed up the bottoms and inside lower little stuff so we aren't wasting of the plants energy on that. Tilted top branches outward in trellis as well to open em up abit and get more tops. The smell of all are absolutely beautiful. All are noticeably growing daily. Nice thick branches,for the heavy buds to come. Its been an easy grow so far hope it keeps up. Should be some pre flowers soon. ✌️
Been so damn hot and the heat wave is supposed to worsen. This is the hottest I can remember since living here. Its been close to100 the past few days and supposed to continue that way or hotter. I can only remember it getting to a hundred once or twice ever,,,EVER. So so dry too so far this summer. None of the usual summer thunder storms. There has been thunder clouds but no precipitation. Plants are still thriving, maybe a little pre flower, but I think the hot temps and hot nights even are slowing them down a bit, elongating the veg/pre-flower stage. Fingers crossed for some cooling and colas soon. Peace and love ✌️
I think the stretch is done amd theyre tall 8' or so with the pot. Lots of tops everywhere. Fully flowering and smelling beautifully. Plant with the most trichs so far is the Blue Gelato for sure it also the strongest smelling. They all smell wonderful but that bg has just a little extra stank on her. Oh and its still hot and smoky up here in Nor Cal. Hoping fall kicks in anyday now✌️
Flowers Flowers everywhere. Did some cleaning on the inside of the plants got rid of some smalls. Hot and smoky still , the ladies are extra thirsty. They need to be watered daily or they get a little sad and droopy then when they gat a drink they perk right up. Givin em my tea blend evey twice a week too. No problems to note just the heat and bad air and smoke blocking the sun. Oh and there was a small brush fire right behind my grow last weekend the awesome firefighters got it out in under an hour tho. Firefighters man are some true heros. ✌️
This week we had lots of smoke a little rain also had ash falling and buds getting bigger, stinkier and popping tons of trichomes. Plain watered twice fed twice easy peasey stinky and greasy.👍✌️♥️✌️♥️
Everything getting its plump on this week also aromas are abounding. The Blue Gelato definitely is the strongest smelling as well as most trichomes followed by the gorilla breath and then the saphire scout which seems a bit behind the other two on bud development which is odd because the saphire scout took off the fastest from seed. They are all big beautiful stinky shimmery girls tho Im sure they will provide me much enjoyment and healing. ✌️♥️
Plumping and gaining trichomes. Amazing smells amazing buds very dense huge and getting bigger daily. Giving only water since last weeks and intend to do the same until finish. Large full moons lately and I really think they dig the moon energy. Probably at least two weeks out on the saphire scout the Blue gelato is probably a week and the Gorilla breath is in between. Just a beautiful explosion of the senses when you get close to these ladies. Im seriously excited. ✌️♥️
Water water water water and more plain old water. Evenings are getting cold. Some purple coming out and the smell is astounding. Harvest is coming soon!!👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️♥️♥️♥️
This Gelato would have been a ten out of ten however a couple of the lower branches had a few hermie flowers resulting in seeded bud in about half a dozen branches. The plant was never stessed while growing and none of the plants next to it got seeded and there were no other hermies. Looking at other complete diaries of this strain there are other instances of hermie and instability with this strain. Which is too bad because its a great performer otherwise but I wont be running it again.The bud still turned out to be extremely pungent smelling as well as a knock out stone. BF just needs to stabilize this sucker because its a champ if stable.
Great strain easy peasey grow all the way through very uplifting high too. Totally anti depressant high. Beautiful smell and appearance as well as delicious taste. Easily has become one of my favorite strains. If I were to use one word to describe this strain it would be beautiful. ✌️♥️✌️♥️
Knock out strain, extremely powerful couchlock. Smells like chocolate chip cookie dough with og mixed in. Killer night time weed. If you have insomnia this is the one. Also easy to grow huge plant with a very good yield. Not a bad thing I can say about it unless you want to be active then this weed will def stop your activity lol ✌️♥️✌️♥️
