AgroCultiveta We're starting with this Negra 44.
I began its germination on 06/17, and it was transferred to its first pot on 06/20. It emerged on 06/23.
It's in a 0.15lt pot and has been exactly a week since it stopped being a seedling, that is, since it started developing its first "real" leaves (with photosynthetic capacity). I applied Great White in direct contact when I put the germinated seed in the pot, then during watering, I used Myco Chum, which is also from Plant Success; its function is to feed the previously added microorganisms with Great White.
Tomorrow it will have its first transplant to a 3.5lt pot.
We're in winter in my country, so my main problem right now is the temperature with the LED off. A heating mat is arriving on Friday, which should solve this problem; for now, I have a heating cable that provides warmth to its roots, and for the rest, I just have to wait.
It will be accompanied by two cuttings that are 4 weeks younger than it; these have a separate follow-up. There's also an avocado plant that is there because there's free space and it's very sensitive to low temperatures.
Any recommendations are welcome!

AgroCultiveta Hey there, second week of the Negra 44.
First transplant for this little one, I applied Great White in direct contact with its roots.
Watering is 1/1, one with nutrients and the other with just water.
So far, everything is going well, no deficiencies or any possible issues. The temperature with the LED off increased a bit with the blanket I bought, but it's still not enough; I can't do anything else, so it will stay in those ranges during the grow.
Any recommendations will be welcome!!

AgroCultiveta Hey, we're already in the third week of this Negra44.
Watering is 1/1, one with fertilizers and the other with just water.
On day 16 of its life, I decided to do a FIM cut, so it starts to grow more bushy, which is better for SCROG. The plant has responded quite well to this cut, it's gaining strength in its other branches, and where the cut was applied, there's already a small development.
I'll give it 2 or 3 more weeks of vegetation to properly support the cuttings that are with it (the cuttings have a separate diary).
Other than that, everything is going well, it shows no deficiencies or any possible problems, and it has handled the temperature very well with the LED off, which makes me quite happy.
The SCROG net has been set up, but none of the plants reach it yet; they will very soon.
Any recommendations will be well received!!

AgroCultiveta Hey, fourth week of the Negra44.
This week there were several changes. First, I did the second and last transplant into a 7-liter pot, and when doing this, I applied Great White directly to the roots. Then I did LST and the next day I performed a defoliation to give more space to the branches I intend to keep.
I water 1/1, one just with water (EC: 0.4) and the other with fertilizers. For watering, I'm using Sensi cal-mag to reach a base EC of 0.4 and then apply the fertilizers. I adjust the pH with BioBizz regulators.
I decided to remove the Scrog net due to the lack of uniformity of the plants in the tent. I plan to do the first application of Delta9 (flowering stimulant) this week, which will be foliar; this is done 10 days before changing the light cycle to 12/12. There's less time left for the awaited flowering.
These days it's getting colder, so the temperature in my tent has dropped. I can't do much about this, so I hope it doesn't affect too much. The only solution would be some heat source, but my electricity bill would skyrocket. Other than that, everything is going well; there are no deficiencies or any possible problems. It has adapted very well to the changes this week and is already growing with more vigor.
Any recommendations would be welcome!!

AgroCultiveta Hey, fifth week of the Negra44 and everything is going really well, next week will be the last in vegetative stage.
I do the waterings 1/1, one just with water (EC: 0.4) and the other with the fertilizers. For the waterings, I'm using Sensi cal-mag to reach a base EC of 0.4 and then apply the fertilizers. I adjust the pH with BioBizz regulators.
This week, I did some defoliation which it responded to quite well, and today (07/28) I removed a couple of large leaves. On Saturday, I did the first application of Delta9 which was foliar, in 10 days, that is, next Tuesday it will switch to 12/12 cycle and the second application will also be foliar, the third will be 10 days after the second and will be the only one done through watering.
Other than that, everything remains the same, there's less time until flowering which has me pretty anxious hahaha, cheers!
Any recommendations will be well received!!

AgroCultiveta Hey, it's Friday for the Negra44 and the last week of vegetation, which makes me really happy.
I’m doing the waterings 1/1, one just with water (EC: 0.4) and the other with the fertilizers. For the waterings, I'm using Sensi cal-mag to reach a base EC of 0.4 and then apply the fertilizers. I adjust the pH with BioBizz regulators.
Today (04/08), I did a small defoliation where I only removed the shoots from the first node of the plant. Then, I did the second foliar application of Delta9, and in 10 days, it will be the last application, which will be through watering. I’m changing the photoperiod gradually. I give two more hours of darkness each day until I reach 12/12. Tomorrow (05/08) will be the first day with the 12/12 cycle, so the flowering period started on day 43 of this plant's life.
During this week, the plant grew quite a bit, and everything is on the right track. Now, I just have to wait for everything to keep going like this and hope that the temperatures with the LED off aren't too low.
Any recommendations will be welcome!!

AgroCultiveta Hey, we're already in the seventh week of the Negra44 and it's her first week of flowering.
I do the waterings 1/1, one just with water (EC: 0.4) and the other with the fertilizers. For the waterings, I'm using Sensi cal-mag to reach a base EC of 0.4 and then apply the fertilizers. I adjust the pH with BioBizz regulators.
In her first week of flower, there aren't any big changes yet, but she's doing pretty well. She's very bushy, but most likely I'll wait until the 21st day of flowering to do a defoliation. I stopped applying great white and myco chum because we don't need to keep strengthening the root system.
Other than that, everything is going very well and I hope it stays that way.
Any recommendations will be welcome!!

AgroCultiveta We're already in the second week of flowering for this Negra44.
I do the waterings 1/1, one just with water (EC: 0.4) and the other with the fertilizers. For the waterings, I'm using Sensi cal-mag to reach a base EC of 0.4 and then apply the fertilizers. I adjust the pH with BioBizz regulators.
During this week, the third and final application of Delta9 was made via watering. This was done on the tenth day of flowering, that is, on 14/08. It was a calm week, nothing out of the ordinary, and the plant is doing quite well; let's hope everything continues like this.
Any recommendations will be welcome!!
