Looks normal to me.
That been said, it is too young to be using nutes. Stop feeding it, wait until it exhaust the soil nutrients, once it start showing some deficiencies, before feeding again.

Any tips be grateful, repotted to 3 gallon pots, under a 250w hps, standard fan placed inside to keep heat down.
