There are many new hair comes out, so the lady didn't finished to develop the buds yet.
Did some defoliation in order to prevent the mold formation.

The new growth is coming from the heat, seen your grow space temp is at 91°F, just had this same exact problem with the temp and harvesting an Original Auto Bubblegum, she had heat stress too and looks just like your lady.
