There are many new hair comes out, so the lady didn't finished to develop the buds yet.
Did some defoliation in order to prevent the mold formation- hope the lady will not be stressed out and will not produce some bananas :)

Need some help regarding harvest time.

The new growth is coming from the heat, seen your grow space temp is at 91°F, just had this same exact problem with the temp and harvesting an Original Auto Bubblegum, she had heat stress too and looks just like your lady. I checked the trichomes and she was ready so she got chopped down. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.
