First, #2 didn't make it after week 3 :( whatever that weird kink in her main stem was, she didn't like it. I was going to start another one but when I came home after being away for a few days and found how much #1 had grown, and considering this my first scrog attempt, I thought I'd just focus on #1. Her main stem got fat so quick I can't bend it over at all, so I dropped the screen to where I could just bend it and am starting the scrog there. It's at about 8-9", hopefully it's not too close, but I have lots of room in the screen since #2 is gone. Every day I've been tucking the new growth where I can, and trying to plan out the path. Trimmed some of the growth under the screen as well. trying not to do too much rn, just keep up with the tucking :) Once her roots got into the water I dropped the level to about an inch below the basket, and with the increase in grow nutes, she exploded this week. I've got the ES-180 at max and dropped it to about 10" above her. She didn't seem to mind me creeping up the light intensity, so now I'm going to try putting it closer and see how she likes it. She seems really healthy to me 😁

#2 developed a weird kink, she's growing sideways and one stem is turned white so I added a couple of photos here, and wanted to see if anyone's seen this before?

Make sure the white isnt PM, sometimes when humidity is a little high in the tent and the water under the plants can start it early on. If it happens to be PM 40% homoginized milk and 60% water and give her a spray. You also should try to keep your humidity down around 40% as when growing in water your humidity around your plant is actually quite a bit higher than what the tent says it is. Cheers friend

I've been reading that the RH during flower should be <50 and ideally 40-45 late. I've got good air circ, and the RH is around 50-55 atm. Will a mini work to bring that down ~10%, or should I look at external? Or will it make that much of a difference? not much room in there! TIA

To be safe in mid to late flower keep it down 40 % and under if possible. Not much risk of bud rot then. You could Mcgyver a dehumidifier to suck from the tent while sitting outside the tent. Very effective. Cheers

Seedbank says "flowering time 7-9 wks". She didn't flower until week 5, so that tells me she should have like 4-6 weeks left. Could she be ready half way thru week 8, after flowering for 3.5 weeks and does that mean I missed the opportunity to flush? :( TIA!

Hi mate, imo as I see it you are at least 2 to 4 weeks from harvesting. May be the colour of thc seems right but the buds are not fully developed. If you grow in a dwc system and not soil you can flush 3 days before harvest. There are products for this. Untill you see the pistils turn orange about 70% dont check the thc with microscope. Usually when you think you are ready you still got a couple of weeks. From the pics I ve seen you are 2-3 weeks far from ready. No matter what the seedbank says to get the max out of an auto the grow cycle should be at least 12 weeks from seed to harvest. Hope was helpfull.

@Bikoo, thanks! I wasn't planning on topping these, no. I'm a little nervous about topping autos. Maybe after this grow, and I have an idea how fast this strain grows I might top the next ones :) I've setup a screen though ... very much looking forward to creating a massive scrog! 😁

@Bikoo, I am not planning on topping these ones, just going to set up a scrog.

Interested in how this plays out. Never tried an auto feed system but I am tempted. 👍
