Hi everyone hope your all well. Not sure if i did something good or bad. Not sure if adding some promix hp to the top of their pots will help but that's what i did so hopefully all goes well with it. Two of my girls are going onto 13 weeks, and two i started late are going onto 5 weeks. I started all my girls indoors until they were strong and healthy enough to grow them outdoors. Since seedling to now i giving them superthrive for nutrients once a week. They're growing bushy and tall, and my young ones are growing up fast. Haven't had any issues at all through out my grow. I'm a Happy camper!! Happy growing CHEERS!
Week went well except for the crazy storm we had in Toronto two days ago. The girl's were toppled over because i had nothing to support them. I had to add a tomato supporter and bamboo sticks to support them. They're ok now. I also stopped giving them superthrive it's going to be water only.
The week that past was kinda scary with the heavy rainfall and strong winds one of my girls almost lost a branch. I mended her wound and she's still growing strong. I added more support and their good now. Happy growing Happy smoking stay safe.
My girl's were root bound but not for long. I transplanted my girls to a 20 gallon fabric pot which this is a first time in a fabric pot for me. This is their final pot so hopefully all goes well.
Hi everyone hope your all well. My question is for a young plant i brought back to life after my nephew almost killed his girl. What are these white spots? and how do i get rid of them?
Looks like the start of mold. It could also be residue from when water on the leaves dried. Also looks like something may be snacking on it, check for thrips.
Last month when toronto had those stupid downpours and strong winds, one of my girls literally snapped. I was like wtf! Then i bandaged her up and now she's healed. She's good I'm good. Happy growing everyone!!

Some hairs change faster than others. As long as they arent all going red before buds develop, you're good.
Quick side note: pistils changing to red prematurely is a sign she has been pollinated. You're in the middle of a super long veg time, so I would worry too much about that!
Hi everyone, was away with the family for 4 day's and when i came back i found lots of yellow leaves mostly on the bottom of both of my girls. I pruned the yellow leaves only but this will be the last time because one of my girls are starting to flower. Hope all goes well onwards. Happy growing everyone.
Hi everyone, it's been awhile since i posted. My girls are doing well. They started flowering and i started giving them canna boost. All is good. No complaints with this year's grow. Happy growing!
I ran into some problems with white bugs. I tried neem water and soap spray but that doesn't work i'm trying the garlic water and mild soap spray but i'm not sure if it will work. There's a lot of yellowing and leaves dying with my girls. I'm not sure if that's to do with these awful bugs. I don't know what to do at this point.
White bug's are killing my girls. Can anyone help me on what to do at this point?
I should add one plant just started to flower and the other plant is going on 4 weeks of flowering. I'm spraying them with a mixture of garlic mild soap and water.
hey there LotsofBeautiful , you know, outdoors is outdoors so there's a limit to what you can do, like you're never going to be able to prevent bugs from coming on these plants. What you can do is basically control the outbreak to the point where it's there but it's not a problem. So what you need to do is assure there is a sort of "food-chain" or " microbial-insect-matrix " that keeps the bug numbers down and doesnt hurt your plant. I always recommend using beneficial bacteria because it doesnt damage the plant like neem oil which changes the taste, but it does take a little bit longer to be effective. Try adding bacilus thuriengiensis israelis which is a beneficial bacteria that paracites eggs larvae and adult bugs and in doing so controls their spread and reduces the infestation. For infestation management you want to combine spraying with adding it to the waterings, so make sure you spray around sunset, light degrades the bacterial spores. Usually you can get the infestation under control between 10 to 14 days with this method, and after that you're just topping up. It sounds like an advanced technique but it's actually quite common place so dont be scared to ask for this stuff in your garden center . Hope this helps ! 🚀
