@Blacklisted i apologize if you think i was trying to be aggressive, it is true that english is not my main language so that could be the issue.
Whit the comment "at least i go into flowers with full canopy in 7 weeks" as i said, i was trying to express that for me harvesting have to do more whit something personal than grower skill in comparison whit scroging or shaping or watering for example.
i dont disagree at all whit that you said when it come to determine when the bud is ripe.
As you said along whit your first reply, you make me think that you think just by looking at the hairs you can tell a porcentage how much ripe the bud is-
but thats it,was just a confussion.
@Zoihzco,be explicative then and sorry there is a language barrier here ,but i never said look just by hairs, there are several indications when a flower is ripe, trichomes is the most acurate,by looking at the calyxes, then you go by hairs, then crispyness of leafs, and one or two others, some have different ripe patterns, some ripe without hairs curling..not acting like a kid, just went along with your first reply " at least i go into flowers with full in 7 weeks"
dude honestly,i scrog alot and just saying, some strains stretch more than others.so each grows how he wants, don't assume if you don't even read on others diaries ....
@Blacklisted no no sir, I was not trying to be aggressive, I just wanted to express that harvesting is something personal, and that the comment on which you are based was an assumption, i do not cut a week later and I think that determining how mature the product is just looking at the hairs is something with which I disagree.
I think it is more valuable how to fill the canopy as quickly as possible or having the rigth shape-
Now you really acting like a kid, I have nothing to decide its my 1st grow posted IN growdiaries, my 2nd grow
