Spot #2 was a bit of a disappointment because of the mutations going on and the rather modest bud-development. However, now that the terpene-profiles are coming out and the plants are frosting up like crazy I am sure that I will produce some quality Iceolator that will be absolutely lovely, to chill in the cold winter days. Nevertheless, gotta wait and chill, maybe the plants will fatten up (which I don't really believe but who knows that for sure!). Plants were set outside after 2 1/2 weeks of veg under a Sanlight Q6W (1st gen). Currently in flower week 8.

As I expected, the bud development of the Gorilla Glue is not really existant. My theory is that either it was too cold in the night time when I set them out or I've set them out too late (root bound) as the Gorilla Glue showed signs of pre-flower in week 2 while the Super Siler Haze autos didn't. Or maybe they just don't like the overall northern hemisphere outdoors. Its not a big disappointment because I've never smelled such plants and some of them look like a damn Dr. Grinspoon (never grown that myself but saw some pictures and videos). Also the smell is very different from my 2 indoor Gorilla Glue grows. These Gorillas have one of the wildest and biggest terpene profiles ever. You smell berries.. sweet'ish.. funk.. hazey.. some coffee in the after smell. Absolutely amazing. All the stuff will be processed into quality live hash soon. Some Gorillas started fading themselves and leafs turn dark purple (very beautiful!). Due to the overall growth I only fed the tall Lemon Haze. Others are already in flushing (also the small Lemon Haze). The Haze got a big feed with 20 ml of each: Top Max, Bio-Bloom, Fish-Mix and Alpha Boost. I will chop them in the next 2 weeks and refresh the spot for another multi strain try (Fastbuds, Seeds66 and a few SSH by Zambeza leftovers) just to see if the late set will work. Estimating to chop them in early - mid october then. Stay tuned for more!!

Happy Harvest Day!

Even though the ladies did not turn out very well outdoors, I can't deny the superior genetics, the smell, the frostyness, the overall quality - if grown indoors. This batch of 371.6g wet weight (all material) went into the freezer straight and will provide some super super dank live iceolator! I already tried a little bobble of charras I got from my scissors from the harvest and the smell and head rush was insane.

Okay just for the record- I had a horrible start. Right after transplant, the weather changed for several weeks to rainy, cold and cloudy/foggy. We had a few weeks of sun in between, but the majority of time it was plain bad weather, period. For the bad environment or rather circumstances, the plants still did okay, considering they are autos. I only tried this spot once last year and the whole crop had to be pre-harvested due to mildew and mold. I mean, it's right in the forest, behind the spot of a pack of boars. Today I really had been shocked because I heard the screaming of an angry boar, that must've been 10 meters away at maximum and kept shouting for about 5 minutes, 5:30 am in the morning.. Thank god I always carry a knive, an axe and pepper spray with me haha! The smell of the Gorillas is the most mindfucking (sorry for the expression!) terpene profile I've EVER smelled. The plants all had that typical Gorilla smell but some of them have been a bit more berry'ish and 2 plants smelled straight like lemon grass with mint!!! I am SO excited for the live iceolator. After 3-4 weeks in the freezer it will be processed in my bubble bags. I will upgrade a photo and a smoke report afterwards!
