Found a seed in my medical Starkiller flower and decided to see if it would pop and it did 😃 I’m using my typical spacebucket set up for this diary...so let’s see what happens. Until next time, happy growing all ✌️

Not much progress in the last week, still very small, but producing new growth. I feel the heat and humidity is too high in the garage it is being kept in, so I will be moving it indoors to better control the growing environment. Hoping for a more productive week to come...until next time, happy growing ✌️

After a week inside my little starkiller still appears stunted. It continue to grow and produce new leaves but almost in miniature form. I’m not giving up yet, my last ditch effort is to transplant to a bigger pot and hope this little thing takes off. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

A little droopy initially after repotting in to a 2L pot, the first set of leaves have yellowed but I’m not too concerned since they aren’t essential. By the end of the week this little thing really started to grow, I’ll be interested to see how this next week goes. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

Glad I kept at it because this week starkiller has been growing at an amazing rate. I think it needed more space to root, so I think I will place in final pot this upcoming week. I’m excited to see how this plant continues to develop in the coming weeks. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

6/28 Transplanted into final pot and fed 1L RO water. Defoiled lower growth and removed some of the original leaves that had yellowed. 7/1 Decided to try FIM to see if I can increase colas (if it’s a female, still mystery) in flower. I’ve never really tried this technique but decided why not experiment. I read FIM is less stressful to the plant vs topping so that’s what influenced my decision. Time will only tell I guess 7/5 Six weeks old today. Not sure if FIM technique worked but she continues to grow nicely. Noticed some yellowing between veins, probably time to start adding nutes since it has only received pH’d RO so far. Planning to keep in veg for another week or two depending on how tall it gets then switching to flower to see what this mystery truly is. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

This week has shown crazy growth. I can’t believe how big some of these fan leaves are! It’s crazy to think this plant started as a runt but now it is finally growing like crazy. I decided to start doing some LST in the middle of the week to try and control growth. I also did some defoil and took some of the bigger leaves off to uncover more possible bud sites. I intend on continuing to grow in the spacebucket so I will need to keep it compact if I do have a female on my hands. I plan on switching to flower mode tomorrow, time to unveil the true sex. Until next time...happy growing all.

Switched light schedule to flower at the start of the week. Still no obvious sign of sex after first week of flower, but I’m still hopeful that this one is a female. It continues to stretch like crazy; it grew 4 inches this week alone. I continue with LST trying to keep its wild growth under control and plan to defoil in the near future. I also have kept nutes the same and give them every other feeding. So far so good. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

I have a girl on my hands! First true white pistils have appeared this week and I can’t be happier. I can’t wait to see what this gal has in store for me. The flower stretch is unreal, she grew 6 inches this week alone! She is starting to grow too close to the lights so I will have to add a spacer to the bucket to give her more room. I look forward to seeing how long she will be in flower till she is ready for harvest since this is my first photoperiod gal. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

Hoping the flower stretch is near its end as I am running out of room in the bucket. In order to accommodate I’ve had to make extenders to make bucket taller so lights don’t get too close. I still can’t believe this runt turned into a beast and continues to grow nicely. I did a little defoil and cleanup at the beginning of the week because her lower canopy was getting thick. I also removed a few of the older larger fan leaves in order for lower canopy to get more light. Overall I think she’s looking good 😎Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

She will heal! She was accidentally super cropped it appears..😓 Noting that you are in flower it may not be a good thing the plant is focusing on healing.. that can be stressful. Make a call and take note for your future. If it were my plant I would cut that branch to the stem and the same across from it. Just a late lollipop. That is assuming that is a lower..? You can’t really tell from the picture. Good luck! Happy cultivating.

Smooth sailing so far. I ended up cutting the bud site that’s stem snapped, I feared once the bud developed weight it would snap off, so best just to remove. Otherwise everything appears well. I have noticed some slight discoloration/yellow mottled dots on bigger fan leafs so I am watching closely. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

Noticed a few issues starting to become a problem at the beginning of the week. From the beginning of flowering keeping her away from the lights has been a struggle given my limited space and her crazy stretch during her transition. At the closest the bulbs were about 3 inches from the main cola, I noticed leaves starting to curl at tips so I raised the lights up another 3 inches in hopes it will help reduce light stress. The other issue this week being a possible CalMag deficiency, I feed RO so I’m guessing I need to start adding little doses to try and keep nute balance. I also decided to clip the big fans that were dried and discolored. Throughout the week the discoloration has traveled to some of the other older fan leaves but I believe I’ve done what I can to fix the issues. Including removing some wattage from the light base because leaves were still curled after lights were raised, so I think lights might be too intense for this flowering gal. Overall, I am very happy with the progress she has made thus far. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

Trying to correct this girls pH has been difficult. I was hoping a flush would get me to the correct pH, but even after 16L of pH’d RO water her pH was still stuck at 6.7. Giving her a chance to dry out before I make any more attempts at correcting pH. I feel her upper leaves have improved and don’t appear canoed up like before. I think I might need to add some better fans to the setup as well because humidity is up due to rainy season right now. Keeping a close eye on this girl, she has at least another 3 weeks if not more to go. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

This girl seems to be recovering from the flush. I did cut the last of the really crispy fan leaves and I have yet to see any new leaves dry up. She got a light dose of flower nutes with some CalMag this week, I’m thinking this will probably be the last dose of nutes. Since I can’t find a whole lot of growing info on this strain, I’m basing harvest on trichomes which I will start checking. I’m hoping she will be ready in a few weeks for harvest but time will tell. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

Still having issues with pH. Only fed RO water this week, still debating on whether I’m giving any more nutes or not. Still need to take a look at trichomes. I would say about 50% of her white hairs have ambered and curled into the bud. Hoping for harvest soon but will try and remain patient. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

Not much to report this week, just patiently waiting for harvest time. Still feeding just pH’d water to start flushing the roots; she gets fed about 2L every 3-4 days. About 50/50 white:amber pistils still waiting for trichomes to have some more amber color. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

She’s coming along well. Buds are finishing up and getting fat. I feel like she is in her last week or two according to where her trichomes are at. Only feeding water, no more nutrients at this point. Will continue to wait patiently for this girl to finish. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

Flushed this gal on Wednesday just waiting for her to dry out and then it’s chop time. She has come a long way from her beginnings, so it’s exciting to see harvest time finally coming. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️
