@MVgenetics, L.S.T is the art of lowering certain points of the canopy, in order to create a uniform, multi tipped canopy and to expose light to the inner parts of the plants.

@ZombieKushAddicted, I’ve never really tied down or LST’d before. First grow, almost finished in bloom phase, definitely know how to defoliate now.. but I’d love to know specifics of LST and all that good stuff
