This is a clone from my last grow I kept for genetic preservation.
Putting it out in the garden with peas and bush beans.
Not taking this too seriously, so won't have crazy details like other grows.
Can't get it too tall, will be pulling stems down throughout the grow as need but trying not to prune or cut it. Just going to make it more bushy and horizontal in growth.
Using a shade cloth for the first 3 weeks due to the backyard having up to 140 thousand lux in the afternoon.. It's insanely powerful in the backyard.
--- Day 3 ---
Already has new growth which is insane.
Lux light levels for you guys 140,000 lux at 1pm. 85,000~ under shadecloth.
That's why I use shadecloth.
Tomato cage to separate the 4 stems to branch out horizontally. Will continue to pull it down until probably late August/September during its beginning flower stage.
Harvest on these is stated by Dinafem as late September.
- Week 2 -
It's hot and humid.
The plants popping out tons of leaves at each node, it looks "spiky" now which is interesting.
Will be feeding at end of week, lots of thunderstorms (lightning makes nitrogen) so the plant should be fine for food (green growth).
----- Day 10 -----
Fed FloraNova Grow, nitrogen deficiency is showing.
The grapes are taking it out of the garden, noticing it happening to the other garden with tomatoes (I've got a crap ton of grape vines)
Will increase FloraNova Grow to twice weekly.
- Week 3 -
This plant is really enjoying the outdoors, extremely short internode length.
Nitrogen feeding has really helped. Will continue to feed FloraNova Grow on days that don't get followed by rain the next day.
Staying short and stout.... we'll see how August goes though that's 30 days of major growth now that the root system and environmental conditions are 100% for it.
- Week 4 -
Well I put her outside cause of the bugs. They decided to go crazy. they're tropical and not native. The Ficus I've had for years and was in that area had them, and when i put it out i guess some stragglers survived to infect the tent after i put it up.
I'm not worried about ecologicalenvironmental damage, these don't survive below freezing (*eggs, larvae, adults*) The problem is keeping these fuckin bastards inside.
So I planted my other 2 plants. (23.75% THC laboratory tested self selected hermaphroditic seeds) and took clones for genetic preservation but the removal of the pest environment (clones have no bugs, I completely bleached everything)
Im not gonna use pesticides, im not about that. i just run my hands up and down the stalks and trunks rubbing off the pests, then i wash my hands.
This and the now other 2 planted are just back up, they'll add weight to my bubble hash yield. will probably mix all 3 plants together to make a wacky ass knock your ass off bubble. (I use 120 and 45 micron only for bulk collection and I am god damn tired of making dozens of bubble runs with large yields and taking off 7 micron level bags each time... I only use 3 now. 190u removes garbage, 120u is usually the more sativa trichomes, 45u is usually the darker smaller constricted amber trichomes. This usually gives me a balanced range of hash to smoke.
** Update**
Here's some pics. and shots of the other 2 plants I planted...
- Week 6 -
So it should start flower around first week September.
Every week I toss 2ml/L of Flora Nova Grow and CaliMagic so she should double before flower.
Just some extra weight for the long winter ahead.. haha
Flowering has started.
Soon as it hit under 14 hours of total sunlight BAM Flowering mode.
LOTS of thunderstorms recently, so soil to wet to be able to feed lately but Lightning adds Nitrogen to the air/soil.
Going to feed FloraNova Bloom full strength as I don't care how much stretch they endure, they can grow 3 times larger for all I care.
I put 2 heaping tablespoons of Bat Guano over a 6-8 inch circumference around the plants outside as the rain will dissolve it for me and feed when I can't.
A portion of this plant (2 full stems) will be pollinated with a plant I made called Jacuzzi Suit laboratory tested at 23.75% total cannibinoids to try and produce a fast flowering large yielding strain (From the crit + 2.0 being pollinated) with the Jacuzzi Suit (male pollen) high, which when put into hash form, when you cough your hearing turns into tin/metal hearing and its friggin ridiculous. BY FAR The most potent cannabis high I've ever experienced.
I plan to make at least 2000 seeds to go seed diving for the next couple years. (no I won't use all 2000 in 2 years... common)
Another week of flower
Things are lookin good.
I've been using 30ppm Colloidal Silver on my Jacuzzi Suit to produce male pollen.
I'm going to breed the Jacuzzi Suit with Crit + 2.0
I'll show more about that once the male flowers develop, currently on day... 8 and no signs of balls yet.
3x spray on jacuzzi suit a day with foliar mist 30ppm
Going to continue to feed FloraNova Grow it's a 7-9-10 so why the hell not. Just pump up the size while I can.
She's not growin taller.
Oh well.
BTW the 30ppm colloidal silver off amazon is bullshit doesnt work. 14 days spraying on my other plant no male flower. dont buy it.
Just put a garbage can over it and left some outdoor led lights on at night last 2 evenings. will do it every night until male flowers develop.
All things considered, its been wet and cold here.
I hope it cleans up by end of september and for october.
Luckily these are supposedly very good for botrytis and mold/fungus issues.
TIme will tell.
Weather has been terrible.
Awful.
Lucky they're not mold garbage.
By the way... Colloidal silver & fucking with light schedules STILL hasn't made my one plant have male flowers... craziest anti hemi trait i've ever seen!!!
Prob 3-4 weeks left
Sorry this took so long.
Had some life issues come in the way. Im back though so felt I should finish this up.
Was a great first outdoor. Didn't get any seeds the colloidal silver was fake and not real (i do not recommend amazon) and the light didnt do anything.
No more outdoor though. Indoor license only now.
Can't really finish this grow off correctly in writing, but photos do it justice.
