GROW AREA NOTES INTERIOR DIMENSIONS: 24in (depth) 44in (width) 55in (height - the pots are set into a base and hang under the grow area) I had a bunch of modular furniture (IKEA style pieces that are supposed to fit together to make a bedroom w/ Murphy bed. Used the Murphy bed storage slot for the grow area. Had to piece together a door section for access, because I don’t have all the pieces for this ensemble. - Temporarily using Wholefoods “cold bags” for reflective material. - Temporarily using 50CFM bathroom exhaust fan - Pots are “up-cycled” kitty litter containers (4.1gal). - Soil is Kellogg’s (I’m impatient and didn’t want to wait for something ordered). The soils claims to be 3-1-1.

Not much happening (at least on this side of the soil). Wondering if I may have stunted them or more likely... fell victim to my impatience and am paying the price for using that junky soil. Worked on the cabinet a bit. Installed an iPower 150cfm exhaust fan. Will put the carbon filter on, when it starts to smell. Temperature was way up with it all closed up. Attached the old bathroom fan to the intake duct. Temperatures are now steady and predictable.

Today is day 1 of week 3 (photos in week 2 taken last night). I know I made a mistake with soil choice and also had some temp/humi issues in week 1. Cut my losses and start new or hold out hope that they will surge before they try to flower? Maybe they are just working on roots?

@Lillau I will certainly look into different container sizes, for the next grow... since I already feel like these are problematic, I don’t want to transplant them and take a chance on stressing them more. Being auto flowers, I don’t think they would recover in time. I do appreciate you taking the time to answer me! Again, your suggestion will certainly be helpful with my future projects. Thank you.

I am using a ViparSpectra V600 LED (260w actual power). I believe it should be enough.
