Balcony Grow n#2

Day 19th. I gave 2 watering with nutrients but plant didn't change much compared the my other plant of same age that exploded during this 3rd week and first week of nutrients... I think might be for one of the reasons or both: plant burned two leafs when I was using a plastice bottle in the sun as greenhouse & soil is Canna Professional but one I had for a couple of month and was a bit dryer than usual...bot sure if the last one if somehow preventing absorption from nutrients compared to my other plant that I'm using biobiz light soil....
