Black DOG was a backup plant because 1 of the plants I had in late veg didn't look great. She had a 4 week veg, but she could have benefited from another week or two. She still came out beautiful and an excellent smoke.
This strain is decent for pain relief and is very uplifting. I feel a lot of euphoria, relaxation, and happiness. This is bud that you can smoke during the day and be in bliss, or at night and laugh your ass off and sleep peacefully.
The buds smell sweet (not as sweet as my Sugar breath), with some gas and sour smells on the backend, a terrific combination. The taste is a bit more sweet than sour, but maybe that will change during the cure.

I germinated 2/2 Black DOG seeds and picked the stronger one. This plant was originally a backup for my LA confidential that didn't look great. The LA wound up being pulled Week 6 because she hermied, but enough about that.
I had some root problems the 1st week of her life, so she was a little stunted, but pulled through and got my normal treatment, top week 3 and leave 6 arms. I should have left 7 or 8 arms and another 7-10 days in veg because she didn't get huge, but the quality it top notch, so the low yield isn't an issue.
