Beangineer She's still stretching a bit more than I like for my tent sizes so I topped the main cola. Starting to get bushy! Been doing HST on the stretching branches, she is recovering in under 24 hrs. Been tucking the giant fan leaves where I can to get the lower branches some decent light. She is getting dense quickly, will be transferring her to the tent in a week or two once my 24k strain is chopped. This plant is a growing like a beast!

Beangineer Looks like the stretching has slowed down a bit, I am still pinching off nodes that are not on the tops to keep most growth focused on the canopy. I opened up the drip line a bit more this week to approx 2gph for 35 minutes every day in addition to my hand watering. I will continue hand watering as usual here is the plan for this week:
-Wednesday: 10ml of FoxFarm Grow Big mixed into 2 cups of Aquaponics drain water and 2 cups of worm tea hand watered with a turkey baster around the base of the plant
-Thursday: 2 tsp Azos mixed in with 2 cups of Aquaponics drain water and 2 cups of worm tea hand watered with a turkey baster around the base of the plant
-Friday: 2 tsp Mykos mixed in with 2 cups of Aquaponics drain water (fish poop!) and 2 cups of worm tea (made with black molasses, worm dirt, and RAW Kelp powder) Hand watered.
-Saturday: 2 tsp Aurora Uprising Grow sprinkled evenly around the top soil and 2 cups of worm tea hand watered
-Sunday through Wed: 2 cups of worm tea every day hand watered and RODI water from the automatic drip system
Training will continue as LST, HST, and light defoliation. Once I move it into the tent (should be this next week) I will start SCROG training and prep her for the 12/12 cycle.

Beangineer So bushy!! Lots of nutes going in, this plant likes to stretch and is responding very well to the LST and other training. I am going to flip this to 12/12 starting next week. Moved to tent and flipped to 12/12 on 8/15

Beangineer Moved her into the tent where my 24k used to reside. Flipped her to 12/12. Switching liquid nutes to tiger bloom this week. She is not stretching too much (thank goodness), keeping her under the SCROG net has not been too big of a challenge. All of the defoliation is paying off as the growth is all up top and the canopy is now covering most of the tent foot print.

Beangineer Week 2 of flower complete, going to cut off the Azos and Mykos dosing for the remainder of the grow. Will keep up the aerated compost tea dosing, aurora top dressing, and tiger bloom as needed. Still debating on weather or not I should defoliate again before the time runs out to do so. Lots of short spaced nodes have formed on the tops, starting to see pistil development. Waiting another week or 2 before I hit a bud site with some feminized pollen from Green Point Seeds - Periwinkle Pie strain

Beangineer She is starting to stretch a bit. Took her off the Azos and Mykos diet. There are tons of pistils on the buds, they are swelling up quick it looks like this is going to be a heavy yielding plant. It is responding really well to the soil and nutes I am using. Does not appear to have any deficiencies so far.

Beangineer This plant is really stacking up, I am really impressed at the growth spurt and big buds forming during flower. I hit a few of the flowers w/ feminized pollen a couple of weeks ago and now the bud site is showing that it was successfully fertilized. It seems to approve of my nutrient regiment and soil composition. I really appreciate the quality of this strain so far from Barney's Farm. If the growth continues at this rate I may have a personal best record harvest.

Beangineer The buds are definitely starting to fill in, really impressed with this grow and strain. I have had no problems with nutrients or watering, or stretching. She has responded well to all of the different training techniques. I am excited to see what the yield will be in a couple of weeks. The pollenated sites are starting to fill in with seeds.

Beangineer With the purple colors coming in, contrasting with the orange pistil hairs, Mimosa Evo is making some very aesthetically pleasing buds! Still smells really good, the beans are swelling up so I will have some feminized seeds of this crossed with Periwinkle Pie from Greenpoint Seedbank to grow later on!

Beangineer Going into nothing but worm tea and buffered water. Not getting much denser however the colors are so beautiful as a flower this one has lots of photo/bag appeal. Still a heavy yield, looks like I have 5-6 magic beans that will come from this one.

Beangineer Fun to watch this finish out, the purple leaves are starting to poke through. The pink tips are super interesting, got a lot of feedback on IG from the pics. This is definitely one of the most visually appealing strains so far!
I still need to cure and try the herb. The grow though was fantastic. Strong genetics, strong grower, did great indoors and with all the training. Also easy to maintain, didn't stretch too much. Very high bag appeal. Looks tasty, smells great.

@Ferenc, I have had a lot of fun tending to the garden and training the plants. It is very rewarding when the breeders have solid strains for us. I just wish I could grow 1,000 more varieties and find the best yield and flavor! How are your grows going?
Thanks!
@Cremo, Thanks! Macro shots of Mimosa Evo coming soon- I just harvested my Glookies grow- and, thanks to your inspiration there are a handful of Macro shots that I took posted up.
@docholiday, hit some bud sites last week with fem periwinkle pie pollen. Should be good to go! I already have feminized periwinkle pie and 24k crossed beans, just haven't popped any yet to see how they turned out. The mimosa evo and periwinkle pie phenos Ive got are two heavy hitters though so I'm excited for this one as well.
@Beangineer, Never heard of tissue culture before you mentioned it, been reading about it now and very interesting.. I know what my next experiment will be now! Do you mind if i PM you for some tips/questions?
@frogDUDE, thanks, your outdoor mimosa looks good! Yours only has a couple of weeks left at the most, looking forward to seeing your harvest stats and pics
@Beangineer holy smokes that Mimosa looks great. And the pink tips, just woooooow! Jawdrop! My humidity was way too high the whole flowering time that's why I probably got non of this beautiful colors, mine was just dark green. Also thank you very much for the macro shots! I love it. I'll have to check it out once again on my notebook. Again, a great plant you got there! Good job
@Cremo, Thanks so much for the kindness, this was definitely a very photogenic strain. I am not getting any of the citrus notes in the smell as it had earlier in its bloom cycle. The pink tips dried purple! Pretty interesting to see.
@FoTwenny, I am very impressed with the mimos evo so far. It has a great look and is going to have a heavy yield. It smells fantastic too, the citrus aroma is no joke. I am happy I ran this strain, so good.
@frogDUDE, Yeah she has stretched a lot so far for an indica dominate strain but responded very well to HST and LST training. I just flipped her onto flowering 12/12 cycle
FIM'ed the top nodes and the bud sites are looking very promising.
