halluminaty Germination: 3 gorilla cookie, 2 planted in a smartpot 11l, the last one still in water. 3 purple lemonade, in water for 24h. Next up, 3 BlackBerry when the latecomers in the tent are ready ;) Light mix soil Watering about 1.5 liters with voodoo juice and BM from ghe before sowing. Day 3: First GC has emerged. Two purple lemonade have germinated out of three in 24h. Day 4: All three GC have emerged. Two Purple L. are in the soil but the third one isn't germinating :s Three blackberry are in water for 24h. If the third purple L doesn't germinate, it will be replaced by a lemon ak (gift). The lamp is now placed at 50cm and dimmed to 50% for the first week. Depending on the plants' reaction, it could be lowered to 16/18 inches or dimmed up to 70%. For nutrients, I chose to go with biobizz for the basics, advanced nutrients for additives, and metrop on rare occasions at low doses to boost the NPK in case of proven deficiency. I’m thinking of doing an LST since the maximum height of the plants shouldn't exceed 100cm / 39in (including lamp/canopy distance), 80cm/31in would be the ideal size. The chosen advanced nutrients additives: B52; bud ignitor; bud candy; nirvana; Piranha; flawless finish. Would that be suitable? This is the first time I’ll be using their products... See you soon. Day 5: All three BlackBerry have germinated well. One of the three purple lemonade still hasn’t opened, so it will be replaced by the lemon ak... Watering 15cl per pot for the gorilla cookies with clear water. The purple lemonade are slowly coming out of the soil. Day 7: Bad news, one blackberry has died, probably planted too early (shell just opened, root 1mm)... I usually plant them early, but this one was too weak, plus the very high temperatures in recent days... A second BlackBerry seems to be following the same path. Anyway, they won’t be replaced... The others are doing well. A few photos, the last ones from the first week. I will be absent for a few days; I’ll probably check in at the beginning of the third week when I return.

halluminaty Beginning of the third week LST on the more advanced ones. I'm waiting for the lemon ak and the blackberry that germinated later. The purple lemonade came out strangely late and is following the same path.. it's leaving the tent for the balcony but will probably be thrown away. The second one is growing but isn't in great shape, it's stretching and falling behind. I probably got a bad batch, it happens, but I'm disappointed. These were discounted batches for the outdoor season. I made a return but unfortunately, I don't have the photos of the non-germinated seeds for the replacement. The gorilla cookies are in great shape. Growing healthily and quickly. The one in the plastic pot is a bit taller than the others but at the same stage. The surviving blackberry is growing properly. Short spacing between nodes and healthy. The lemon ak that came out recently is also in good health. For watering, I gave about 50cl of clear water after three days without watering. Today, after 4 days without watering, I gave about 1.5l with 2ml per liter of biogrow and 2ml per liter of b52. The soil was very dry but it didn't show any signs of water deficiency (photo taken before watering). I raised the light, which should be between 50cm and 60cm from the plants, dimmed to 65%. Have a good day End of the third week: The little ones reacted well to the LST. 4 days since the last watering with biogrow and b52, tomorrow watering 1l per pot with bud ignitor. Last day of the third week: Watering 1l per pot with 2ml/L bud ignitor and B52.

halluminaty Tomorrow watering 1/1.5 L per pot with nutrients. The GCs have started their stretch for about 2/3 days, I think, with the appearance of flowers. Superb growth, the trunk is thick 👍. The one in the plastic pot is slightly bigger and is getting ahead (probably due to the deeper pot). The PL is a bit weak but seems to be picking up a little. It also shows its first buds and a slight stretch for now; its secondary branches developed later than the others, but that's no longer a concern. The BB and the L.ak are a few days behind the others but are developing well. No stretch yet, but the secondary branches are growing properly. Lamp still at 50/60cm from the plants dimmed to 75%.

halluminaty First day of week 5: Watering: Clear water once 0.5l, Two days without watering then 1l. Today after two days without watering with nutrients 1.5l. Good stretch for each one. Lamp now placed at 55cm dimmed to 100% Everything is ok with the GCs 👌 The lemon ak and the BlueBerry are reaching the same size as the others. The Purple lemonade is clearly having big problems (since the beginning) Leaves curled downwards. Leaves are small and not many... It receives the same treatment as the others. Mid week 5: Watering with: Biogrow 1.5 ml/L Biobloom 2ml/L Topmax 2 ml/L Bud ignitor 2 ml/L Bud candy 2ml/L 1.5/2 L per pot Today on the agenda: defoliation, training, and light lollipopping. Given the size and health of the purple lemonade, I think I’ll take it outside to make room for the others that just keep growing 😁 What do you think? Today watering with clear water, 1.5/2l per pot. End of week 5 Watering with clear water 1/1.5L per pot except for the purple L which still has enough water.

Given the size and health of the purple lemonade (top right), I think I'm going to take it outside to make room for the others.. I can put it in a 40x40cm tent under 100w LED or on the balcony.. What do you think???

Doesn't look over crowded at all, IMO Also never switch from tent to outside or vice versa as can stress the plant too much to change the lighting cycle its used to I would just leave them all to it D

halluminaty First day of week 7: Today watering about 1.5l per pot with: Metrop cal green 2ml for 10l Metrop aminoxtrem 8ml for 10l Metrop roots+ 8ml for 10l Advance nutrients Vodoo juice 2ml per liter Piranha 2ml per liter The purple lemonade continues to react strangely, with the same input as the others. So I'm going to water it without nutrients from now on to see if that helps. On the BlackBerry, I noticed one or two brown spots (like burns) on two or three leaves and very small yellow spots. For now, nothing serious (I'm keeping a close eye on it these days to make sure it doesn't progress). I'm thinking of a calcium and macro nutrient deficiency and maybe a slight nitrogen deficiency. It stretched during the days of watering with clear water... With the last two inputs, that should help. Thanks for your visit. Second day of week 7 Cal green as a foliar spray 2ml because the yellow and brown spots really resemble a calmag deficiency. If nothing changes in the next two days and it worsens, I will increase the doses of biobizz and give a PK booster or a larger dose of mr2. Mid-week 7: Increased nutrient doses and added PK booster. The problem of yellowing leaves continues... I'm thinking of an NPK deficiency since the last waterings were either with clear water or with root booster, amino acids, bacillus, and beneficial fungi... It's still too early to say if the calmag input will solve the problem; I hope it helps in the coming days. Mid to end of week 7: After a few days of reflection and testing for the onset of deficiencies/excesses, and having asked the question. It now seems obvious to me (thanks @NobodysBuds) that the problem comes from an excess of P and K... There were likely other related and unrelated deficiencies to the excess in question. 1- I think I reduced the biogrow too early. 2- I didn't pay enough attention to the proportions of macronutrients contained in the B52, Bud ignitor, and Nirvana. I provide macro nutrients at least every other time and often every third time... I think I just mismanaged the balance between each element... So I think I have too much P and K while N was insufficient... Given the last input with the PK boosters... I think I'll quickly have confirmation... In that case, I will do a rinse simply with clear water with about 3L per pot to be able to measure the EC and pH at the pot's output. I want to emphasize that I do not regulate my pH (activated charcoal filtered water at 7.5 pH and 0.5/0.6 EC) The microbial life and the buffering effect are killed by pH down!! In the previous grow, I regulated my pH, resulting in nonexistent soil life. Huge deficiencies appeared... The plants no longer had access to the nutrients present in the soil and organic fertilizers provided. The only available nutrients were from the mineral fertilizer input (metrop), but present in low and rare quantities... On the dinamed CBD plus grow, I never regulated the pH; I used biobizz, metrop slightly like here, budcandy, and my PK booster in powder. This resulted in perfect outcomes. To be continued Friday: Today rinsing with clear water Drain pH measurement between 6.0 and 6.2. EC measurement between 4 and 3 on a drain of about 30cl... Way too high!! So I rinsed until I got a drain of about 2. I think given the amount of water used for rinsing, the next watering will be in 4 to 5 days.

What her problem? I tried to water her without fertilizer, with only calmag or amino acids and than with same feed as the other ones.. What do u think? I never had so many problems at the same time ( yellow, burned, brown, curled down ect ) But the black leaves looks good.

maybe nitrogen? what's your pH i'd ensure that's in a proper range befoer doing anythign i suggest... lookin over your nutes, i see you add pk... wihtout doing the math on PPMs this can be dangerous, as p and k lockout several other things when they are too high -- K is the more likely culprit based on typical feed concentrations and such.. but... could try slightly bumping N, but looks like more than 1 symptom showing up and the plant is fairly helthy otherwise, this is why i'd lean lockout. dial back a bit and see what happens. it doesn't require a "flush". you are in soil, you likely alternate or have some irrgation with water-only correct? maybe add 1 extra of those then when you fertilize again dial down your PPMs use an online calculator to figur out ppms from your labels.. i have a spreadsheet that might work for liquids, but might not.. it's linked in my gd profile comment section. if an online calculator doesn't mention specific gravity, it's output is poopy information - not usable, unless you mix dry nutes. if around 6.5pH and you find K is > 210ppm by more than an insignificant amount, that's almost certainly the problem.

halluminaty Start of week 8: Yesterday (Sunday) I did the second rinse with clear water. The drain still had an EC that was too high, between 3 and 6... Except for the blackberry, which was at 2. I did two foliar feeds of Metrop Calgreen with 2.5/3ml per L. One the day after the first rinse and another the day before the second rinse. To address the nitrogen deficiency and provide some cal mag, which I thought was also part of the problems. The result is quite good because the damage from the excess PK hasn’t evolved much, and the leaves have regained a bit of green. The purple lemonade wasn’t dry yet; it will be watered with clear water until the end. This week I won’t add any nutrients; I’ll see based on the maturity if I do a final feeding before rinsing. The gorilla cookies definitely won’t get any more nutrients until the end. For the purple lemonade and the lemon AK, I’ll see mid-next week. This is the first time I’m doing autos, and these ones are much faster. Autos are known to be less nutrient-hungry, but I didn’t expect this. Generally, with photoperiods, if I give nutrients every third or even second watering (with these amounts), I end up with slight deficiencies around weeks 4 or 5 of flowering. Here, it was over-fertilization that appeared in weeks 5/6. I will be absent this week; the automatic watering will be set to provide 2.5 to 3 L per pot every 72 hours. Thanks for your visit, see you soon. Second day: Some photos before being away for a week. After applying the Calgreen foliar feed, you can really see the green coming back. The sprays were very light and only on the leaves (except for the first one). Today I gave a bit more to the Lak and very lightly to a GC and the BB. The lemon AK is the one suffering the most from this excess. It hasn’t received much Calgreen so far and is suffering a bit from the heat. So I gave it a good spray today and moved it to a better-ventilated side. I also raised the lamp so that it’s 50/55 cm from the canopy. Little bonus: the sister of the purple lemonade that I took out on the balcony because it was born with severe malformations. It doesn’t surprise me that the one in the tent has been doing very poorly from the start... Have a good day and see you soon 👋

halluminaty After a week away, here's the update. The automatic watering system worked well, unfortunately, I underestimated their water needs. Upon my arrival, I could clearly see the lack of water. The oldest leaves are dry for some, and many others are drooping and very yellow. I gave them about 3L of clear water. I removed the dry and most affected leaves. The gorilla cookies are almost done, so I only gave them water. The blackberry and lemon ak still have two weeks ahead, so I gave them a bit of nutrients. First, 2.5L of water before defoliating, then 50cl with 1ml/L: b52, Nirvana, bio grow, biobloom, and topMax, and 2ml/L: bud candy. The most advanced gorilla will be harvested in 3 to 7 days. She seems ready, but I want a heavier effect, so I will wait for more amber trichomes. 😄 I'm disappointed with what I did this session... I did better on the one just before. But since I had to leave several times and twice for more than a week, I'm happy not to have lost everything. See you soon! Days 63/65, harvest of the first gorilla cookie, amber trichomes at 40%. She's about a week ahead of the others. The colas are nice and wide and look quite dense; I don't think I'll be disappointed with the weight. 😃 The others still have 5 to 10 days. See you soon!

halluminaty The last days are approaching fast! The two gorilla cookies are coming along but taking their time to mature. The lemon ak is recovering a bit from over-fertilization. The purple lemonade is really weird, lots of leaves and the flowers are forming their calyxes in the shape of Christmas trees 🌲.. The little malformed sister has moved into the tent to finish her days. I think the batch of purple lemonade wasn't good. Out of three, one didn't germinate and two are very poorly formed, I'm disappointed for a breed of this renown.. The black berry is definitely my favorite 😍 Very nice growth and flowering. It tolerates nutrients well, during the general flush the drain was at an acceptable EC value. It's forming pretty colas of about 40 cm each 👍 I just gave them 1L each with 2 ml per liter of flawless finish, except for the blackberry which had dried out much more than the others. I think I'll cut in 4/6 days. See you soon 👋✌️

halluminaty Very disappointed with Fast Bud for this batch! It's not worth this price... A seed bank at this rate should be producing impeccable batches! I've never had so many problems with others. If I had the time, I would have thrown this batch away to replace it directly. I gave a minimum of stars because the 25 poor grams are still consumable. With batches like this, you lose customers, what a shame.
