everything is going smooth but it has slowed down alot on the vertical grow. but its started focus of the bud area i think so im cool with it if anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated.

After the stretch. With autos this can happen anytime usually between week 4 and 6. With photos this is normally 10-14 days after the light flip.
You can technically flip them anytime, but rule of thumb is whenever they are half the size you want them to finish. Sativas can triple in size, so watch out for that.
the nodes are doing amazing and growing super fast. nothing major to note this week. its going smooth and steady but next one should do alot better. i messed up the age on here unfortunately
@GingaHulk369, Some Sativa dominants are like that however that is fairly stretchy it may be reaching trying to get more light. If you can get your light closer I would try that and see if it helps?
