Since my english is very bad, i will continue to write in german and i hope you enjoy it 😘 Hello dear cannabis enthusiasts and fellow growers, first of all, I would like to thank Royal Queen Seeds (RQS) for the Chocolate Haze seeds they kindly provided to me and for the "grow report". I have chosen the strain Chocolate Haze and Honey Cream. However, for now, we will only focus on Chocolate Haze. Now to my equipment and "grow settings". The little ones are growing this time in the RQS start plugs for testing. Additionally, as always, I will be working EXCLUSIVELY with organic methods. For this, I prefer Biobizz and my own compost and "grandma's tried-and-true gardening tips". Soil: Biobizz lightmix Pots: Rootpouches growth phase in 8l and flowering phase in 16l Light: LED Sanlights S4W and M30 Growbox: Homebox Q120 Other: fan, dehumidifier, ventilator Today is day 6! All have stretched their little heads out of the soil and are spreading two small juicy green leaves towards the M30. They will remain in the Homebox in the small seedling house to keep the humidity high. Until next week, yours Fadia 😎

Fadia Hello dear community, please forgive my long break in reporting, but I had/have a severe herniated disc and have been barely able to sit. The little ones are very well rooted and causing zero problems. They all hatched within 24 hours and are now receiving gentle light on an 18/6 cycle. There's not much to report on this 😊 they are all healthy and lively. Unfortunately, I couldn't specify the pot size correctly here, nor the amount of water. The pots are 16 cm, and I visit them daily, watering a little as needed, which is about 100ml to 200ml every 2 days on average. For this, I got small watering attachments for PET bottles, which I always recommend. Yours, Fadia

Fadia Hello my dears, the ladies are getting noticeably bigger now. Some of the leaves have deformed a bit, which is due to the proximity of the LED. This is a very funny phenomenon because when you have good LEDs and your plants start to turn dark green, the leaves curl downwards and you feel like they are pulling together, it might be that they don't know where to grow because the LED is too close. Often this is interpreted as nutrient excess or too much water, but it's simply due to the lamp's proximity (just a tip on the side). 😎 I also have my own cross "Freukle" and a more CBD-heavy Pennywise growing alongside the ladies from RQS. These are regular seeds. As with my previous grows, I notice again that the feminized plants are just generally more delicate and smaller than their regular sisters. I've uploaded a photo for comparison. I will definitely keep an eye on this in my reports going forward. 😏 I also need to start thinking about names again since all my babies will get a name; feel free to contribute suggestions. 😄 Best, your Fadia

Fadia Hello Community, as always, the plants are doing well and growing comfortably in the climate of their box. Since there's nothing spectacular to report so far, I’d like to talk about the roots and water. How do I water, what do I water with, and do I sacrifice a black rooster to Mother Earth beforehand? 😎 I fill water from my home tap into a few bottles and usually let it sit for a day before using it for watering. I don't feel like running back and forth for every watering can/1L of water. It's not a big deal. Since I don't have bad water and good soil, messing around with any pH stuff or other "water enhancers" is unnecessary. In my opinion, most people ruin more than they improve by throwing in all those advertised boosters, fertilizers, crunchy tinctures, and other junk into the soil. Because I have good soil, with a huge party of microorganisms, they regulate the values they need for themselves and their little helpers as they see fit. 😊 Typical "Mother Earth"! The plants from RQS have very good root growth and are already peeking through their pot after not quite 2 weeks, sniffing the fresh air. There are beautiful, bright white, bushy root tips to see. A joyful sight and a good sign for a healthy plant. Although still small, they are not any less fit than their regular sisters, and they make a very good impression. I've now added a fan with a "nature wind" function to get the stems moving a bit. I also had a great idea for the names; since this is about chocolate haze, names that remind of chocolate would be awesome! One of the sweet ones will definitely be called "Milka" now. 😘 Yours, Fadia

Fadia The plants are now almost all at the same level, very homogeneous, and have caught up to the regular ones, making a good overall impression. I know that "equality" is intentional, but I miss a bit of individuality in the mass. Even my regs show an extremely stable uniformity. Because of this, topping was skipped this time, and I'll see if they form nice crowns. On 04/01/2018, they will be switched to Flower, and this is no April Fool's joke 😘

Fadia They grow like "grass." Very dense with a nice compact growth so far; the LED has been raised a bit more to encourage some stretch. The leaves are HUGE compared to the pre-grow, but beautiful. So far, no nutrients have been used, this might happen when the first hairs sprout, and then only organic. Due to the repotting, the soil is regularly fresh and full of nutrients. No worries, the soil won't be wasted and will end up outside in my vegetable garden or will be composted for the next project.

Fadia So now they are fine since 01.04.2018 set to 12/12. As you can see from the last repotting from 8l to 16l, the ladies have simply beautiful roots and a great root ball. I also don't want to miss my Rootpuches; there's no such thing as root circling, and a seemingly endless network of micro-roots taps into the full potential of the soil. Why don't I go directly into 16l pots? Well, because I have too much soil around the plant that needs to be watered, and there's a risk of "washing out" or "drying out." I'd rather repot once more. So let's see what the ladies can do in their fancy pots now. 😏

Fadia To do something good for you, you got some root juice from Biobizz with the watering. What can I say; it's absolutely uneventful, whether outstandingly great or if there are any negative things to observe. The ladies are still growing compactly towards the light, but the stretch is slowly starting. Next week, I’ll take a closer look and report back, dear folks. So far, I can say this much: calmly satisfied! 😎

Fadia The gardening season has begun; the plants for the shade have arrived and need to be transplanted, and my peppers as well as the artichokes are in great health.... What? Oh, what about the ladies; yeah, everything's peachy 😘

Fadia I am VERY amazed; you can practically watch the plants grow. I actually have to revise my statement about the bushy growth in feminized strains for this grow. They are all about the same level. What surprises me a bit is that my Choco Haze doesn't have anything "sativa" about it. The leaves are large and thick, typical indica, hardly any stretch and bushy. I checked out some other diaries, but in those, the sativa origin couldn't be identified. Well, I think we need to wait and see how the buds develop; there isn't much time left 😅 Since it has rained a lot in the last few days, it has also become cooler and extremely humid in the lower room. The humidity has risen to 70%. However, since I don't have any thick buds yet, I won't lower it to 30%; maybe to 50%, but I'm not sure about that yet. To avoid any nutrient problems later on, since the plants are really eating a lot right now, I have fertilized a bit with Biobizz. This will probably be the only fertilization. Fadia Hello dear ones, The ladies are steadily growing towards the end. The buds are slowly building up, and I will tackle the next grow with a bit more light and use three strips, because I think they are lacking a bit of energy with the amount of plants 😅 Right now, I'm having a hard time getting the humidity down to 40% since the weather is very muggy and rainy; while my tomatoes are practically thriving outside, the ladies in the tent are currently always between 55% and 70% humidity, which is way too much. I guess I'll have to say goodbye to some leaves, even though defoliation isn't really my style. Until then 😘

Fadia Hello dear ones, there's nothing new to report. The plants are growing steadily. However, one of my "Freukles" hasn't really understood its job 😜; I think it believes it's a boxwood and a hedge. I could cut a nice swan out of it and place it in the front yard. You can also see it in the picture "this is Frauke!

Fadia ... It's starting to take way too long for me, but patience is a virtue, and a plant needs its time to grow; the reward is all the more beautiful. The capacity of the soil is also slowly running low, and I think in a week or two the ladies will have to tap into their iron reserves. I'm hoping for a colorful spectacle. To circle back to my initial prejudices regarding the growth and size of the feminized ladies, I must say I'm very surprised so far, and I'm happy to say that they are on par with the good TGA (Pennywise reg.) genetics. The growth is almost the same, and all in all, there seems to be a good leaf-to-bud ratio so far. With both, I had to keep making sure that they weren't forming new shoots from the bottom and were focusing on the main branches.

Fadia I honestly don't know what my problem is. They give me a plant with 10% Indica and 90% Sativa, and I end up with a bush! I have no knack for Sativa 😅 or a very good one for Indicas and their needs. This week, I've been talking to them a lot and playing Vivaldi's Four Seasons. It looks like they're forming little foxtails, but from my research, this seems normal for the Chocohaze. I can't really identify any direct stress from light or water right now. So far, everything is great, but Linda looks a bit strange 👉 more on that later.

Fadia You probably still remember my problem with the high humidity. Unfortunately, I had to make a radical cut and shaved them all down below. All the leaves that weren't really important fell victim to my pruning shears. Linda then showed the first signs of why I don't trust feminized seeds and started to hermie more than strongly. If it had been just a couple of bananas stretching out above the plant, I wouldn't have said anything and would have attributed it to the environment, but the plant was full! This is also very clearly visible in the photo. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the overall picture, because this is a living being and sometimes it doesn't play along as you'd like it to 😘 My Pennywise was a dream and produced buds that strongly resembled cotton, plus even more at the end! Fadia Now the last week has begun and the ladies will be harvested. This time a high is desired, and I found the perfect moment between the Pennywise and the Chocohaze. The trichomes have been about 80% milky, and the remaining 20% are split between clear and golden trichomes on the Chocolate Haze. The Pennywise has at this point a great ratio of milky and golden trichomes, and I'll spare you the sad sight of the ladies hanging headfirst in their wooden cabinet. I think I would recommend the Chocolate Haze, but not exactly to beginners; the foxtails are nice to look at but can be very confusing, as they are often associated with stress. 😘

Fadia I'm satisfied, and the effect is very suitable for me in everyday life. I think it's less helpful for my PCOS and PMS since the strain significantly lacks CBD, which is supposed to bring improvement. Conclusion: good recreational strain that doesn't force you onto the couch 😎
