Second grow, first grow was about 5 years ago, im rowing 3 Durban Poison seeds from Crop kings. Just pulled out all my old growing stuff but am planning on upgrading my tent to a 3x3 and getting a 6 inch fan and filter within the next month. Im am going to be using a 400w MH for veg and 400w hps for flower. Currently have them under CFLs before switch to the MH. Should be a decent grow
Transplanted them this week before we went camping for the long weekend. We going to have all 3 in 5g pots but didnt have enough dirt so ones in a 6L pot for now. I ordered a new tent and fan so they should be here by the end of the week and then I will switch to the 400w MH. Also got some nutrients so next I will start at probably 1/4 strength.
Got my new setup this week, new Vivosun 36x36x72 tent and 6" fan and filter combo. Started my 400w MH and they are growing good, they were a bit stunted from the transplant last week but recovered after 3-4 days. Started LST on all of them and started with a half dose of nutrients on day 24 and another watering this morning of day 28 with PH'd water. One of the plants in the 5g looks a bit behind the other two, I FIM'ed it this morning as well. I will probably FIM the other two soon but I am experimenting with this grow, trying a few different things. I will probably veg for another 1-2 weeks, i am looking to fill out the tent and scrog. Any tips or advise is welcome
Till next week
FIM'd them this week. One is growing great, the other two are abit behind it. The one in the smaller pot looks like it has a deficiency, the inner parts of the leaves are yellowing a bit, was thinking Sulfur or magnisium. I was going to add some Epsom salts to the next watering to see if that helps.
Almost time to switch to flower. Did some lst and trimmed some lower leaves and small shoots. Went to full strength nutes with no issues, transplanted the last plant to a 5g and it has had some signs of a sulfur deficiency so ive been adding a pinch of Epsom slats to its water and it seems to be helping.
