Sprouted them in a moist paper towel between two plates. About 24 hrs for 2 of them, and the third took and extra day. Planted into substrate. For planting I used compost/coco/perlite in a 1/1/1 ratio. They took off even without constant sun, although I moved them around my house to get as much sunlight as possible.

Moved them from the peat pots - I was afraid that they would not break down in soil as advertised. Luckily, they are very easily removed without disturbing the soil. Planted them a little deeper, just up to the cotyledons. The weather has been dismal but they are doing their best. They've been planted into compost/coco/perlite in a 2/2/1 ratio. Substrate drains well but for now, I've been watering very sparingly around the plants to try to encourage root growth. Watering 3-4 days. One of the plants has stunted leaves and strange yellowing. I notice it at this point but asides from leaf size, the plant is growing at the same pace as its brethren. So far all three have their differences.

Some more sun this week, I've been watering more as a result. Still in a circle around the plants for now. After this I've moved to watering till runoff. STEALTH GROWERS - Of the three plants I have only ONE has so far produced ducksfoot leaves. The others are almost Oval shaped. Time will tell if the next leaves to grow will have the nice 3 point ducksfoot structure. That said, They are very nice to look at and just plain don't look like standard leaves, so no complaints from me. The stunted plant is growing at a simalar pace, just with smaller leaves. I will continue to care for it as best I can. Hopefully I can turn her around before flowering Plants seem content in their substrate for now. I'll be adding 1ml Biobizz Fishmix into the watering regime starting next week, Hopefully that will give them a boost.

Its been roughly 28 days since I Germinated them. Ducksfoot leaf structure is now evident on all new leaves. The Back Left plant is showing off what the ducksfoot structure looks like. There is a slight odour but wouldn't alert anyone - Keen smokers will know, if cannabis is being grown anywhere near you you can detect it from a mile off. I almost get a minty odour and you really have to get in between the leaves to detect it. They've been watered and fed some Biobizz Fish-mix today. Due some high temperatures and sunshine over the next few days. I'll update after the weekend - I'm hoping to see an improvement in growth between now and my next watering/feeding. **UPDATE* Plants are starting to grow more leaves now. Judging by the roots poking out from the bottom of my fabric pots they've been focusing on root growth and now are starting to put that to use. I'm excited to see them really explode. No real change on the stunted plant. I'm suspecting it could be either PH imbalance or overwatering issue. I had considered a magnesium deficiency but the yellowing is incredibly mild. Anyone any insight?? Plants did not react adversely to Biobizz FishMix, I will bump up to 2ml/ltr. I fear I have jumped the gun on watering to runoff, so I'll be more sparing next time. It hasn't been that dry or hot lately and the pots are taking forever to dry out again.

One of my plants is having a hard time - it's technically growing as fast as the others but it's leaves are half the size, slight discolouration and cupping. I suspect Mg, PH or overwatering may be the issue. All variables for each plant are exactly the same.

My first guess is overwatering. If they are too wet, the plant has no reason to develop a strong root system. You need to mimic competition in the wild by forcing them to develop strong root systems. You almost need to dehydrate them.

I still haven't watered them since the last time, they are much much lighter now but I'll be much more sparing and frequent with my watering schedule as we go on. I'm monitoring the stunted plant, letting the medium dry out as much as possible before I water it again. Anticipating a lot of sunshine later in the week. Performed some LST, and between now and the end of the week the plants will get 4 days of sunshine and another feeding. As there was no bad reaction to 1ml/ ltr fish mix, I'll be bumping up to 2ml/ltr. Plants are growing faster with visible changes daily.

Plants have responded nicely to LST. I wound up poking holes in the soil of the stunted plant 5 days ago and letting it dry out. Got its first watering since last time today, just a tiny amount. Hopefully see some improvement by next week. Otherwise its a miniature version of its sisters. The other plants are doing great, fed and watered today, weathers been great with higher temperatures and lots of sunlight. Broke a branch yesterday on the largest plant, fixed with duct tape, you can hardly tell its been snapped today so I'm confident it will heal in time. Flowering cannot be too far away. They'll get a bit more water before the end of the week then I'd imagine I'll begin feeding flowering nutes.

Lots of strong sunshine the past week that the plants have taken advantage of. Getting more aggressive with LST as there are many branches growing quickly. Some have wound up twisted around the main stem as they've grown so quickly towards the light. I thought I'd be into flowering now, I see pistils forming but that's about it. I've started to add 1ml Top Max to the feedings, along with tbsp molasses and 3ml fish mix. Plants seem content with no complaints thus far so I'll slowly keep increasing nutes as we transition to full on flowering. Still only watering/feeding once a week they haven't needed any more than that for now. Still on reduced amounts of water. Stunted plant looks happier but I'm very interested to see what happens when it flowers.

Plants are flowering, starting to stretch a little, I've made a few adjustments to LST just so as much light can reach flowering sites. Some fan leaves yellowing, I'm putting that down to them not receiving light but will continue to monitor over the next week. The broken branch was recovering just fine but high winds wound up snapping it all the way. I taped it up again but it never rebounded, So I decided to remove it. Also, released the stunted plant from its bonds. It's so small I just didn't see the point, so I thought I'd let it grow freely. Added topmax and bio bloom to waterings. Still really only watering once a week. Interested to see them stretch!

Removed some yellow dying leaves from the bases of all plants. They were not getting any light so the plants were done with them. Lots of bud sites, struggling to.get them all in the light. I move my plants throughout the day to get light for as long as possible, but in the last week I have kept them orientated the same way as the sun moves around them, so light should penetrate as much of the plant as possible throughout the day. This also means I don't have to move their enclosure as far or often in the space of a day. Haven't noticed any major stretching yet, perhaps the next week will be different. Temps have been cooler the last week.

Another week, dull and a bit cooler except of brief sunny periods. This week I started running a fan inside the tent to get some airflow. I had the fan either too close, or too high, and some pistils have been wind burnt and turned brown. Also some stems are turning purple, which I've read is due to too much wind. Still gonna run the fan this week to stimulate flower production, just further away. Feeding remains the same concentrations but upped the frequency and lowered the amount of water to about a litre. Time to stop LST after breaking yet another branch, a decent performing one at that. Taped up and I'm not gonna touch it again lol. I'm fairly happy with light penetration as it stands. Hopefully all those flowering sites can just shoot up now.

Weather brightening this week and nice warm temperatures. Buds are forming all over each plant and there is a perceptible odour when opening the growing space but it's very slight. No more leaf issues though I see that the oldest fan leaves are starting to die but all new growth looks healthy and happy.

More bud.development this week, last of the warm temps and sunshine for the next few weeks unfortunately. Started to take them inside at night as it's getting cooler, sub 10c, so I think they'd appreciate it. Removed a few pointless buds at the base of one of my plants and cut off two branches from the runt plant as they were scrawny and underdeveloped. I think I've 3 to 4 weeks to go. Oh and they smell really nice, not strong or noticeable at all but a nice clean fresh hashy scent.

Cooler temperatures but lots of sun so inside the greenhouse is very warm. Plants really appreciate coming in at night so seeing some more bud production. Theres a few older leaves yellowing but otherwise they've responded well to higher levels of nutes. Getting a loupe to check out the trichromes. Edit- got it and took some snaps. Looks like most are getting cloudy with a few clear ones about.

Starting last week I cut out the fish mix and fed only topmax and bloom and 1tsp a ltr of black strap molasses. Mid week I noticed some newer growth on lower buds was growing out light green, so I asked for help here and reckon it's an iron deficiency caused by pH issue. So I watered each plant with plain water till runoff . I'll keep watering them with plain water for the rest of the week then start them back on half strength nutrients. Buds are developing nicely l, I had thought they would have only needed to fatten up but this week has seen a whole lot of new white pistils and growth so maybe my yeild will be a bit larger than I thought. Trichomes are mostly cloudy with some clear and I've seen 2 amber on a lower branch. Weather's been dull but there's more sunshine over the next week so hopefully they'll be happier.

Happy Harvest Day!

I processed the plants into edibles, but I smoked a couple buds. They were dried quite quickly so I cannot give an accurate impression of taste. The high is cerebral and smooth. Recommended for daytime activity - Makes any work a doddle! They smelled hashy with a slight fruity tinge Trichs were 90% cloudy 4% clear and 1% amber. Processed into coconut oil.

This was my first grow and its been a learning experience. Even tho i didn't get my wanted yield It was totally worth it. Things I learned MEDIUM - My medium on inspection after harvest was so compacted and thick, with rotting compost at the bottom. The plants roots only took up 1/3rd of the pots. Next time, I will create a much lighter airier medium. LST- when I started LST the plants were quite small. Another week and they would have been tall enough. Also spent the first 3 weeks of lst changing the orientation of branches, to the point I had branches wrapping around the main stem. Next time, I will let them get bigger before LST, and be more exacting in my application SUNLIGHT - I started my plants too late for my climate. If I had started them even a month sooner, I would have had unfettered sunshine for all of vegetation and warm sunny days for all of flowering. Temps have been so low that my plants just stopped growing entirely at the start of october. Next year, I will start plants in April-May-June. WATERING- I started watering to runoff wayyy too soon - Leaving my plants unhappy and pots soaked for weeks. I think this has had an impact on the plants in Veg and subsequently low yield. Next time I will cut back on watering!! So there it is. I'm sad that I don't have my girls to look after any more. But this Coconut oil is brilliant so even a failure can be made useful. Thanks to everyone who viewed, liked and commented. See you all next spring!
