@grurum, sorry just saw this... well, they seem to be looking a lot better for now. But you shouldn't have multiple plants in one pot, the roots get tangled and it's not good. Not easy to transplant either without some serious stress.
you could probably lower the light a bit, you can either measure the temp or place your hand at the canopy to check if it's heating, if not - you're safe.
