My friend decided to make a grow at my cottage house, and I thought, why not make a common project? at least for the first 3-4 weeks of vegging.
Instead of buying a new tent, I decided to resurrect my old tent. I built a new bearing structure for it, as I'm already using the original one in my big tent and I want to keep it like that.
It was a nice building project, it's great to be able to fine-tune the details of the tent structure.
I took the chance and decided to reuse the CocoMix from my previous grow; I mixed 50%Soil(BioBizz LightMix) and 50%CocoMix(70%Coco, 30%Perlite).
I'm also using the RQS Easy Boost nuts for the first time, together with BigSciencePlant RootsExplosion(pro bacteria and Mycorrhiza).
I chose these in the hope of having an, as low maintenance as possible grow. I'm really curious how it will go!
I will set up the irrigation system I have with plain tap water and probably a bit of BioBizz Alga-Mix to lower the ph to ca. 6.5.
@Green_Dream, ok that sounds good. I have Test the Zamnesia Monster Bud mix this is the same System like Easy Boost. And i must say this works very fine i have only give Water and it Works very good for the 2 Red Pure! Maybe it was a little bit to much.
@Bud_Spencer,
Yes, first time, but I’ve see quite a few successful diaries with these.
I believe I will keep using them in the future.
I will start in smaller pots though for the first 3 weeks, without the Easy Boost, then transplant in a larger pot with the nuts.
@Green_Dream,
Exactly my thought. I find it very difficult to handle. I have added the Monster bud Mix to the soil of the blueberry. Wanted to give it a try in a small Setup after I messed up the Bruce Banner...
@@@OimRausch,
Good question! 😁
There was nothing wrong with them.
I wanted to have an easy grow, just coming by watering with tap water, but it doesn’t just work like that. You also have to mix in other boosters, you get deficiencies and it’s hard to correct them or better said close to impossible. You don’t know when the nuts from the soil are finished. You have to guess the amount to add to the soil and if it’s to much it will burn your plants(most important the first 3 weeks).
So... that said I find it easier in the end to work with a liquid solution like Biobizz.
@grzesiekkuzniak,
I wished it was a bathroom I was growing in, that is in regards to humidity.
It’s only a room where I have a water heater though, the pipes then go out to an outside shower 😁
