hello fellow growers, the ladies have been in pots 14-21 days now π
I've lightly trimmed out the lower part of Pot 1 as she was super bushy but she is still very thick with leaves ,, defol or not if so to what point,
I built some stands that i placed over the top & have helped space them out.
Pot 2 purple Kush is looking good.. the mist burns on the leaves has left it's mark.. now i know better..lol
trying to work out space "height" as the tents 200cm high with the LED flower distance is 60cm ,,, the girls are standing around the 35-40cm
humidity is still up , looks like have to invest in a dehumidifier.
happy growing people π
Hi Fellow growers, Having a little trouble with humidity in the tent as the ladies get bigger heading into the 80% range. i'm looking into a dehumidifier but can be another running cost to the budget ... Any tips on this would be much appreciated π
hanzo385 π ,, atm i'm running 4" intake with 6" out running thru carbon filter with speed control,
also its at the end of winter here & have had cold days & nights with some rain thrown in, π
When I used to use tents, I always vented it with a 4" fan on low speed. This helped with humidity and temp. This also provided more co2 and pushed out the oxygen. Unless its prone to mildew, 80% isnt bad for them. My veg is usually around 70-80%. Its so irrelevant to me I dont even have a gauge in my veg room. Midway through flower is the only point I really try to keep it below 65% with a dehumidifier.
Good airflow is your best friend but you will need a dehumidifier. Do NOT buy a little cheap one, it won't do any good. You need to spend $150 probably or find a nice used one. Unfortunately they eat a lot of energy too.
