Strawberry Banana FastBuds

Prof_Weed Yeah, after just 5 days 4 cm, the FastBuds seeds are living up to their name. I planted the seed plug from Biotabs yesterday and watered it well with TrychoKiller from MadameGrow; that should be enough water for a week. I want to start fertilizing only from the flowering stage, let's see if enough nutrients are released from the Aktiverde. For the top layer, I used Light Mix soil and mixed in some Perlite and Coco to make the Aktiverde a bit more airy. I will use Madame Grow products as fertilizer, but only as needed. Once the plant is bigger, I'll only water from the bottom...

Prof_Weed Everything's okay so far, it's doubled in height in a week. As a beginner, I'm not really sure, I think it could be a bit bigger since it's in soil... Today I added some perlite to the soil as a precaution, along with fresh rosemary and a few drops of peppermint oil. The fungus gnats really don't like that. It also looks pretty 😎, you know the eye grows with it...

Prof_Weed Today I emptied the water reservoir, fully saturated. I still haven't fertilized, let's see how far the plant gets with the Aktiverde, the TrychoKiller, and the Bat Guano. Now there's going to be a dry back so the roots can breathe, I think I'll refill at the end of the week. The roots have already traveled down through the whole pot. Also, I removed the top layer of perlite because I found green discolorations; the algae from the hydroponic plants have also gotten onto the perlite due to the fan. I planted the plant at the edge of the pot because I plan to train it over the pot. I don't believe in topping with automatics; why take a risk when it's not necessary? So today it's LST, let's see how it develops.

Prof_Weed Made a solid leap since last week, I'm satisfied. The experiment with the Floragard Aktiv Erde seems to be working, I still haven't fertilized. The leaves have curled up sharply, I don't think it's over-fertilization, rather a bit too moist in the soil I guess. I'm letting the soil dry out for a week now.. Also, the training from the pot's edge towards the center is going well, I removed a leaf since it was covering the buds underneath. Today I installed and programmed my AKF from Spider Farmer, seems to be running too 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️. I've also reduced the humidity, the tent is closed for the first time.. A CO2 bag is hanging in there, should be enough.

Prof_Weed I really like it, the experiment with the Floragard Aktiv Erde is working, and it looks like I will only need to give a little Bloom Booster starting from pre-flowering. Minimal burn on the leaf tips because I fertilized once. Training over the pot is also working, the plant is growing healthy and hopefully, the pre-flowering will only start in 2 to 3 weeks. I've removed a few leaves here and there. I stay away from topping with automatics, it works wonderfully without it and I’m not taking any risks. I made one "mistake," this tomato soil can't be flushed, it contains nutrients for 6 months; we will see if the final product tastes harsh. It's all just a test for my outdoor run in the summer in the greenhouse.

Prof_Weed Made a decent amount of progress, it'll be fine.. Still haven't given any nutrients, just added a bit of Fulvic, Silicate, and CalMag to the osmosis water.. I'm satisfied!

Prof_Weed Made a decent growth, the highest point on the plant is 70 cm. Pre-flowering has started, I gave a little fertilizer.

Prof_Weed Took a couple of leaves and removed the lower branch. If I had given fertilizer right from the start, the buds would be fatter too. It was just an experiment with the Floragard Active Soil.. But I still have about 4 weeks left..

Prof_Weed The buds are too small, I should have removed all the lower ones.. Also, everything was an experiment without nutrients at the beginning, that was a mistake. Still, it smells and sticks a lot, and when you touch the buds, you have to wash your hands 3 times.. It's going to be processed into rosin, I have to harvest on February 25th whether it's ready or not since I'm going on vacation.

Prof_Weed Everything is good so far, removed a few yellow leaves here and there.. Actually, the plant still needs a good 3 weeks, but I have to harvest it in 14 days.. It will be processed into rosin, my first time, I'm excited!

Prof_Weed 899 wet trimmed, now in the Cannatrol for 3 days.. OMG: 256 dry, some leafs, i would say 253g. Thanks to FastBuds, Terra Aquatica and Madame Grow for the products, i am happy!
