Dropped seeds in the water going to germinate paper towel method then going into the jiffy pellets in the closet til they break ground. Both seeds in the jiffy pods now both had 3/4 inch tails one has sprouted above ground leaves aren’t fully out yet but she’s popping through the First two leaves have popped on one of the seedlings the husk is stuck to one side going to see if it. corrects itself and the other one is starting to break ground now both seedlings looking good second one a little slower growing. I ordered a 48x48x80 tent coming in Saturday was nervous bout the smaller tent have my vivosun 6 inch fan and scrubber coming today and git the 5 gallon fabric pots ready to get these babies growing the seedlings are doing extremely well in the closet now waiting for enough root structure to transplant into my quart containers them into the 5 gallon pots.
I’m going to put the jiffy pellets when established into the quart containers mixed coco loco and happy frog should I use mycos then or just when I go into the 3 gal pots
I got this sample pack from who makes the mykos it has root packs in the kit do I put those down In the 3 gal pots like midway or all the way down bottom
Just follow the directions on the package.. Or use google to find the website of the manufacturer's recommendations. There is a pile of stuff there. I don't know if it's top dress/soil amendment or what.. And it's just a lot easier for you if you use it the way the people who made it designed it for..
Hey there! With mycorrhizae fungi your gonna want to sprinkle it on the roots of the plant or sprinkle some in the hole where you plant your seed. The purpose of the fungi is it attaches to the root system and helps absorb nutrients far better than if the plant didn't have it. It has to stay moist for it to work. Just be mindful not to overwater your plant in the mean time. I've used the same brand in the past with amazing results. Hope this helps. Happy growing!
More light now will encourage her to start growing and opening up. I would put her under it now, but careful not to place it too close, seedlings love light but kind of the way NASCAR fans enjoy car crashes-- at a distance.
