First soil grow. Transitioning from Hydro DWC. 5 seeds planted in soil and watered 2 days ago. The journey begins. Strain is by Fast Buds 420-"Auto Cheese"
*4X4X6.5 grow tent
*(5) 5 gallon grow bags
*2000 watt Wills cree cob led full spectrum grow light
*Grow medium: (Soil) Biobizz light mix soil
*Nutrients: Mega Crop 2 part (Part A and Part B)
*General Hydroponics Ph Up and Down
For now I'm just watering with filtered tap water. Will start feeding nutrients when theres 3 to 4 nodes and the first cotyledons that pop up start to turn yellow they will get there first feeding of mega crop part A and B.
Growing like crazy under the full spectrum leds with full spectrum cobs built in. Great light! Biggest 4 plants between 10 to 12 inches tall. Topped the mutant and its finally starting to grow. Fed 1.4 grams part A mega crop and 1.2 grams part b mega crop on day 26.
These ladies are growing great. Feeding .75 grams of Part A Mega Crop and 1.25 grams of Part B Mega Crop. (1/2 strength of the suggested veg nutes) They're killing allot of the other diaries on here at this age thanks to the biobizz light mix and cob led grow lights and mega crop and proper temps and humidity and feedings have been good. Supercropped the crap out of these ladies this past week and defoliated some fan leaves to allow more light to my lower bud sites. Will repeat defoliation again in a few weeks when they need it again and then her training will be done til the end.
Everything went well. Pulled 10.75 ounces. 301 grams my first soil grow using new nutrients (Mega Crop 2 Part) 6 grams of wax from the trim. Smoke is superb. Everyone that has tried it with me has loved it and said I grow the best weed around town. Lol I would grow this strain again and recommend it to a growmie or friend! Next time if I grow Cheese again I will LST them to control height better and improve yield from this harvest. Got lots of other strains popping now. Check out my other diaries. More coming soon! Smoke report: Cheese flavor with a hint of diesel and earthy tones. Very good stone after a bowl or bong or joint or blunt. Wax came out golden looking and fire. @AutoKing, thanks for checking them out! Used to be a coco grower for the longest time and figured I would try a small scale DWC to test it out. Crazy how fast plants go when conditions are right.

@CheckThoseTrichs, thanks man. Just checked out your diaries. Looking good too man. I used to grow hydro. Miss being able to see my roots. Lol beautiful pearly white roots! Outdoor plants look nice too. I wanna do hydro down the road but for now I'm in soil due to medical reasons. That can all change tho a year down the road I may pick hydro dwc back up. @Mr_Weeds_Autos, thanks each pheno is quite different as far as bud size and density and smell. I started chopping and trimming 2 plants today. Today we finished trimming and hanging the tops from two plants. Gonna let the bottoms go another week or 2 to fill out before finishing trimming. Got 2 more plants to work at trimming tomorrow. All the tops that are finished and will let the lowers go a lil longer also on those 2 girls.

@Canna96, I quit hydro and started in soil cuz I want a more simple and forgiving system. When stuff goes wrong in hydro you can lose a crop quick I learned the hard way. When I started my first noob mistake I wasnt using a sterile system and had no protection and I got root rot and lost my first crop. Hydroguard from there and no more problems with Pythium. But then I lost my 2nd harvest cuz I chopped it all down due to all plants hermied due to stress or a light leak, not exactly sure. Made it through the next 2 harvest successfully before my lung collapsed and I quit and sold my old equipment. Started new in soil cuz I like the soil flavor weed and easier to grow. Oh was battling fungus gnats at the end of hydro, I was using single 5 gallon buckets DWC with air stones and air pumps. So many problems tho and carrying water buckets with medical issues is to hard on me. Switched for a lot of reasons
nice i have the same strain coming on week 10 might wanna move the light back some or try to cool it down if temps are high i see the leaf edges curling. good luck let me know if you have any questions about the auto cheese.
@Phurlax, yeah there big enough to start training. Just dont have anything at the moment safe to tie em down. Low on funds. Just letting em go til then. When I can I'll buy some plant ties and tie the side branches down to penetrate more light to the lowers but I'm leaving the main cola grow straight up as I have no plant safe material to use to tie them down right now. But I do plan to train them when funds allow. If she gets too tall I'll have to super crop her to control height but I think she will be fine.

@Formedicalneeds, depends how long they take. I'm thinking 12 weeks but not sure til I get there bud. I got 2 forbidden cookies and 2 puple nuggets that I got from Mephisto planted a few days ago and just planted a Girl Scout Cookies Auto last night from Auto Seeds. Working my way up to planting 3 more strains when they arrive in the mail :)
All 5 seeds have sprouted 3 days into planting them and they're all above ground this morning. Planted them Tuesday night and its Friday morning today. The 2 in the back popped above ground last night and when I woke up the other 3 were above ground this morning. Time to get my grow on... Woohoo!
