Purplematic Auto

Fenriz The grow room is prototyping 4 different strains. This is the first grow attempt in my new homemade growroom. I wanted to emulate a self sustained grow, with minimal interference from myself. The setup is using the Hydroponics Autopot 4 pot system including airdomes. The medium is a mix of Coco/Perlite. I have chosen to try out the Biotabs organic strategy. So the added nutrients is only added from start, mixed in the soil. No extra nutrients is added besides Boomboom Juice in VEG stage, and some NPK added every 2 weeks in the pots, not in the tank! I have chosen to only show the progress of my Purplematic Auto, since it's the one that's almost finished flowering stage. The other strains are Northern Light/Royal Highness/Green Gelato. The Purplematic strain is the one furthest to the left on the pictures.

Fenriz Had some issues with the grow room starting to get way to humid and hot! It's high summer here in Denmark, and the weather outside is making it hard to keep Temp down. Bought a dehumidifier and put in 2 extra fans. It's a balance to have both auto and feminized strains in same room, not to mention that Purplematic is the only one flowering at this stage. For now I'm hoping I can keep the humidity below 60%...

Fenriz Getting close to finished flowering stage! All is looking great, and The humidity is at a reasonably level at approx 55%. Temperature fluxing a bit, but it's all good so far!

Fenriz 1 week from harvest I'm guessing xD Trichomes are around 50/50% brown and white. Can't flush the system properly because I'm using the AutoPot system and airdome, with added Biotabs in the soil mix. But I'm hoping that it wont be nessesary and all the nutrient from the Biotabs have been dissolved by the plant roots.

Fenriz So in total I have 208 grams in wet weight. With an estimated 75% water evaporation, I should hopefully be left with around 50grams. I'm in the drying process now, but I will weigh in before i start curing in sealed containers. Smells amazing, can't wait to taste! xD

Fenriz Describes the process of making CBD infused MCT oil at home! This short tutorial requires a Rosin press, but a Hair Iron or a regular Iron can be used instead - just remember to keep pressure on the cannabis flowers while having a good idea of what the temperature is! I would recommend using more than one extraction, because only a little amount will be hard to Decarb! This example used 2 grams of dried flowers, but the final amount decarboxylated was extracted from approx 35 grams of dried buds. It amounted to 6 grams of pure Rosin, which I mixed in a ratio of 10:1 MCT oil. Final results were 6 x 10ml tinctures. So 1000mg CBD rosin, and 9ml MCT oil in each tincture.
