Ak-49 auto x16

Germinated 20 seeds only 8 seeds popped contacted ice head seeds they sent replacements out within 48 hours. Running these seeds in x2 Wilma 8 pot systems , manually feeding them for the first two weeks while they are young. Also for the first week I will be using a 400w hid light starting at a distance of 1 meter away as to not shock the seedlings while gradually moving the light closer throughout the week until I reach the optimal distance of 24 inches by around day 5. Also I am running the lights on 24/7 for the first week to help accelerate growth Note: advanced nutrients ph perfect is not ph perfect had to manually drop the ph from 7.1 to 5.8 quite disappointing .

Start of week two I changed the 400w light for a 600w dual spectrum hid bulb and repeated the steps as in week one starting the lights from 100cm away gradually move the lights closer until it had reached the optimal distance of 28 inches away from the tallest plant. Two of the plant are growing rapidly and then there's two that are dwarfed one of which has topped her self, the rest are inbetween. Running the nutrients pretty high for autos. Let's see what this strain can take.

Here we are in week three. The ladies are coming along nicely. We are up to full strength on the nutrient side of things and are handling it well to say there autos. The only issue if anything is the fan leaves are rather a dark green in colour which points toward nitrogen toxicity. Still no burnt tips so will carry on regardless making sure to monitor the situation carefully. 1 plant is a monster and the 2 that are the smallest are still taking there time.

Ok this week was a little exciting one of the plants developed an issue with one of its leaves. It's the only plant out of all of them it's hard to see from the picture but 2 out of the 5 fingers on the leaf had a burn and were shrivelled and also very very shiny. I looked it up and it suggested it was boron deficiency. I simply removed the affected areas and carried on as it was only localized too a couple of leaves and just on that one plant. The smaller plants are catching up now

As we enter week five we notice some of the plants pre flowering. But not all so I decide to stick with veg nutrients until all are showing pre flowers. Half way through the week and the rest of the plants are showing pre flowers. Just in time as the plants that had pre flowered earlier on in the week are showing slight Newt burn on the tips suggesting It is time to change to bloom newts which holds less nitrogen. The magnified picture are of the pre flowers forming ( two little fuzzy hairs). Interesting fact: it takes thousands of those little fuzzy hairs to form just one bud.

Start of week six we start seeing rapid growth from all plants in height and bud production. 1 of the ladies is an absolute freak but in all the good ways. Shes reaching a meter in length and is going to have 5 slender long kolers. The rest are all around the 80cm mark minus the two under achievers which are at the 70 cm mark which is amazing as the plants are supposed to be the size at harvest. Not changed much apart from excluding the voodoo juice nutrients ,adding another 600w light to the tent and a tiny bit of defoliation. My flat is starting to smell amazing. Sometimes I bury my nose in the outlet pipe and inhale a deep breath. Haaaah

Week 7 and we are seeing an explosion in bud production. I have not done much apart from a bit of defoliation. The giant plant is growing out of control 135cm. Iv counted 60 bud sites on her. She is consuming twice the food as the other plant and takes up twice the room. Looking forward to smoking her.

In week 8 iv come to the sad realization that nearly all of the plants are at different stages of development. Dispite all the seeds being germinated at the same time. So iv had to take them off the wilma systems and am feeding them manually and there all on different diets. Which is an absolute headache especially as there is 16 plants to tend too. I think iv bit off abit more than I can chew for my first grow I maybe should have started with a couple of plants. I think the large wilma setups are designed for clones really so you know they are all going to progress and eat the same amount at once. It's not for autos . There all looking healthy though:)

Ok this week has been a mad one. Start of the week a couple of lads kicked my front door in wearing balaclavas and brandishing knives looking for someone called mike who apparently owes them a large sum of money. I told iv no idea who he is and they got the wrong house. So they left. But next door had rang the police so I literally had to pull all my plants out and cram them them all in cupboard half there size. RIP my tent down lights and everything else and stuffed them all wherever I could before the police arrived. Police came,gave my statement they left. Then I hald to wait for my landlord to come and fix the door which took him 2 days. So the plants basically stuck in a small damp cramped cupboard for nearly 3 days with no light and no food and where gasping for air. Got them all out after the door was fixed. A lot of the larger plants had breaks in the stems or there top colas had snapped. Got the selotape out strengthened all the breaks and snaps. Let me tell you my plants did not look happy. Two days later and they have bounced back and look healthy again since. So iv spent the rest of the week being paranoid that 2 dickheads out there know iv got a big crop on and have been frantically looking for a new pad to Finnish them off in before they get taxed. Good news is iv found a place and I can move in this friday. Just 2 more days. Please everyone who reads this, pray for me ......
