So. Sie brauchte 16 Tage zum Keimen. Sah 2 Wochen aus wie ein Verreckling. Und so ist aus dem hässlichen Entlein ein schöner Schwan geworden. Jetzt erst mal die Trocknung abwarten dann gibt es mehr infos.
Der Geschmack und Geruch ist erdig und beerig mit einer ganz leichten Schärfe. Der Turn ist sehr ausgewogen.
