I wanted to ask if anyone recommends I use the (SOG) technique or if I should (LST) all these girls?
Also the leaves seem abit droopy I think it’s from over watering I’ve been give 1.5l per plant?

Reading from your diary, these plants are definitely being over watered. at this early stage the plants really don't need too much water at all. Water once the top inch of soil is dry as a rule of thumb. Since your grow tent seems pretty full, SOG would work pretty well. But if you have the time and patience to LST every single plant and make sure that they are properly adjusted every week, go ahead, it just may cause too much clutter in your canopy when the plants start getting bigger.

Hey Mate,
You probably won't get a straight answer to this question. Normally you say, you do not top Autos because of the limited Life-Span. But it's very strain dependent and also how your Veg. thrives.
I would highly suggest to try it on your own.
There are growers here, who top their autos on day 10/11 and get good results. To me it's always dependent on the veg. If she thrives then I top, If not it's just LST.
