I think it didnt grow much this week and yesterday when i was transplanting it some chunk of dirt fell off i think the roots didnt suffer much ... well see ... if anybody could help me its my first time i could use some advice... peace

Don't expect her to start growing the same day as you repot.
I'm impressed that she's that big and not stretching, with only those two bulbs as light tho.
This week went good started to low stress the plant ... im using sunlight from 12oclock to 15oclock because i think my light aint strong enough ... im saving to buy new lights...tell me what you think thank you family.

Today was a hot summer day might have been that ... ive got the light 45cm away from the plant is that right ? How can i add more co2 a normal fan will do it ? Thanks guys

That is little bit too much unless you can add more CO2 to 1500PPM. The plants might handle it but they are not in optimal environment cos optimum is 25°C if normal CO2 levels in the tent
