So this is my first try with such a small cup.
I am using a festival cup with about 400ml capacity, filled up near to the edge it can hold about 450ml of water which is about 16 oz.
I want to use coco only, added some "Bio Grow" by Greenhouse Feeding, about 1,5g for this cup. Found a nice place in my tent as one plant din´t germinated properly in my other grow.
It seems that i did not provide enough light for her, so she stretched quite a lot.
It ain´t as easy as I thought.
She needs water every second day, also I have to PH-correct the water which is difficult due to the small amount of about only 300ml .
Week three, the preflower showed up.
Had some problems with the correct PH so she got some PH-fluctuation marks on the lower leaves.
She is very sensible to watering thanks to that damn small pot.
On these pics she was very thirsty as she got no water for about 50 hours.
Starting week 4 with some flowers.
She is fast, the last "stress killer" grown outdoor went to flower after 6 weeks, but here the flower is present after only 21 days.
So I gave her some "bio bloom".
Got some little problems because I forgot to add CalMag to the water. But that shoudn´t be a problem at all as only the lowest leaves were sucked out by now.
So I added some CalMag to the water. I have to water daily now because of that small pot.
Some CalMag stopped the Mag deficiency, happy about that.
The only problem now is the instability of the cup but the plant decided to grow evenly, so this is only a minor problem.
Smell is developing now, fine taste so far.
It seems the bigger leaves turn into yellow slowly so I will add some more growth nutrition.
The plant is growing nice and is now developing nice flowers. I think coco wasn´t the badest choice here and for my first ever solo cup it could be worse.
The last day of this beautiful plant today.
Due to some little mould spot I decided to cut her down and remove the moulded spot.
Microscope says that most of the trichomes are good to go. She could have needed maybe one more week for full ripeness but certain problems need certain solutions so cutting her down now is better than taking the risk of getting more mould.
One of my most beloved strains. Easy to grow, good resistance, the smoke is like lemon with haze and a nice undertone of fruits.
Good for daytime use, as it is not so strong but relaxing and uplifting. Lots of CBD is a nice add to the flow of the THC.
The good thing is you are able to control yourself when high so you can still do your daily work.
Harvest was done quickly after drying for about 7 days. Very sticky though and lots of smell during harvest.
Now curing in a glass in a dark and cool room for at least 6 weeks for the optimum taste and smell.
