Lights on 12/12. Watered today using an EC meter. I'm loving this! Why wasn't I using this before? EC 2000 or 2.0 inflow, and 2.2 to 2.8 runoff.😟 Made up more water at EC2000 and ran this thru the pots that were off scale. This brought them all down to runoff 2.1, 2.2, 2.3. Well I wasn't making up any more water so I left a pot over by 300. 2 Pots got missed tonight as I thought 120 L would be enough but since the conductivity was too much it required more irrigation to push the salts & electrolytes thru the medium. I shouldn't screw up with this tool. The plants will love this😄 less chance to hurt them. I will water more often which should help with the runoff EC. TDS -ppm 1000 on the 500 scale. Finally watered the last 2 runoff was 2.5 so I brought it down to 2.0. Started up the 4th Light for 4 plants per tray. Room is running well but I didn't PH the water on the last 2 pots until after I realized I'd forgot 😩, PH was 5.2 here's hoping they like this shift or the lime or HP will help to buffer a little bit? Watering each pot individually takes more time but ensures the conductivity for that particular pot. Checked tips the next day to see any tip drop, check the depth of green colour, leatheryness of the leaf or thickness, dullness. I have one which is suspect! The rest look happy to me but you can see how the zinc def made the nodes grow so close together and squat a few. Interesting how the plants grow in response to their requirements and to what I do to them. It feels good to be able to better nail it for the plants and to get healthy , high potency medical grade cannabis after we kill, ingest and inhale the stuff.....Priceless! Now just to remember it all.😏 Well dam it's still week 10! I thought there were 3 that were a little too dark so I pushed thru about 21 L of 6.0 PH, 2.0EC water each to get them down from a runoff of 3.6EC to 2.0.. Is it my imagination or do they look instantly better? The next day they were a more natural green. Today Sept 21/2020 is 66 Days and 7 Days In 12/12

Hi! Those leaf edges looks like zinc deficiency but you have something else going on in there too so my two cents is that you have or had stressful/wrong conditions for her. Might be wrong pH in the soil probably or bad drainage or something 'cos many times micronutrient deficiencies come up in stressful times and they clear up on their own when problem is corrected. Check the soil pH first and move from there

I get those spreckled theaves if my feedings are to concentrated. Plants are transpirating under the high output light. water evaporates and nutes stay and make trouble,,, thats my experience. So i lowered feedings ( deluted) and give more water to the Girls..... I see it when i used a booster tablwt... I gave it to my inand outdoor ladies. The outdoor ladies had no problem... because sunlight is not so strong and they had enough watger around.... but my indoors went worse... first spreckles than spots then diacolored and crispy leaves....

@Mrs_Larimar, Thanks for the info. Now after 2 waterings with aminos over 2 days and a little Cal Mend on second day ... she is looking happier -- I guess the amino acids (intermediate chelators) help the plant to take up calcium. This is probably boring to you, with all your Grows! 😣 The runoff EC was 1.8. Was told that High EC with a bit of leaf curl translates to a higher BRIX more lycopene & carotenoids more flavinoids and more anti-oxidants. Running at 22-24 CF/2.2-2.4EC sounds like a scary proposition to me. Will try it on one plant to see😁. Goal is BRIX of 15% with tons of Calcium, sulphur and iron...lol Not sure how to do that yet but trying😎

@marihoochi, thank you for enlightening me.....i just saw the refractometer and had no idea wherefor,,, we use it for wine......................growing weed is an open space,, lot to learn

@Mrs_Larimar, lol that's cute (weed juice) yes weed juice...or as I call it sap. The Brix level in the sap and how clear or fuzzy that dividing or measurement line is will tell you about calcium uptake, if the line is sharp and easy to read indicates calcium deficiency. That's what I know so far😏. You can determine what nutrients and what balance or ratios between these nutrients are available I guess. I'd like tons of Calcium and Carbs...lol. If you got time, take a look at the Calcium or Lock out Pics and tell me what you think😎 Fruits and veggies with a high Brix are the ones that have lots of taste and lots of sugar
