I think it was not a good choice the substrate you have chosen.
The substrate is an important part of the growing and if you use the wrong one, you will get bad results.

Hello everyone,
I want to thank Sweet Seeds Barcelona for awarding me these, 4 out of 4 popped and are growing so far, there about 3 weeks old already flowering and about to get changed into 5 gallons. Lets see how they go...

Thanks for sharing a new diary with one of our strains.
I don't recommend to transplant them, it's too late. It's better to start in the final pot or to transplant them in the 2nd week of life (day 10)
Also, I think you could try a different substrate, it doesn't look very good.
