week 4. i topped her but to my surprise she already started to show some white pistils idk . i think she is going into flowering soon and i cant train her like i want to do . i'll see how it develops and ill see what i do with her :) so far so good
topped my autoflower diesel at the 4th node and a few days later i see she is growing white pistils there and also on the secondary lower branches already white pistils .
should i have not topped her ? did i do it too late ? will she grow bigger or remain small ?need some advice
Topping must be done when the plant has 3–4 nodes, but since autoflowers begin flowering by the third or fourth week, the plant should display 4 nodes by the beginning of week 3. So I would say you did it just in time and everything should grow as normal. I will say that I've learned that when topping autoflowers sometimes the buds don't get as dense compared to a non- topped plant. im gonna give her 12-12 to force her flower i think idk. to be honest i dont like how she grows because i didnt train her much and she doesnt have many side branches . i'll see
day 35 she started flowering for good . i tried my best to bend her a little and i did some defoliation . i hope for the best :D . distance to lamp only 30 cm . i cant raise the lamp anymore she is huge
week 2 of flowering . i cut some more leafs from her i hope i didnt cut too much hehe .
- last week she smelled like coffee beans and this week she smells like royal expensive cheese
Looks like at least a month to go... You really want at least 85-95% of the pistils to turn red and brown and definitely wait until almost all of the trichomes are cloudy!
Technically you could still get high if you harvested in one week but your yields won’t be impressive neither will the buds. You’ll be very happy you waited, it’ll get much stronger and bigger in 2-4weeks!
sorry guys i have sinned and cut her earlier . i needed something to smoke fast while my big gorilla is finishing . i got like 15 grams from her and some nice leaf trims with crystal i smoke them now and they are very good . not too strong high but not too low either . its just perfect . it smells nice like some exotic fruits idk
very super easy to grow . this plant had no problems when i defoliated her or the light was too close or anything. she doesnt mind at all , unlike my gorilla which gets upset easily
@Garreweedlover, yea thanks . they're not bad and they do get u high . its good for my 1st time and i get to smoke something until my other plant is finished
