Aero_Sativo I'm starting a new grow diary, as always hoping everything goes smoothly. The varieties I'm growing are mostly bulk seeds plus one regular strain and 3 plants that resulted from a casual cross made years ago. In total, I'm cultivating 12 plants, and the chosen varieties are classics from yesterday and today like: #BlackDomina #SuperSkunk #Cheese #GG4 #SunsetSherbet and #NorthernLights on the bulk seed side. One #inspectorLeiva (Regular) from @SouthSideGenetics. 3 Crystal M.E.T.H. x The Super. The #CrystalMETHxTheSuper is a casual cross that was made years ago when a Crystal M.E.T.H. from #DrUnderground at the end of flowering released a few bananas that pollinated a The Super from #ShamanGenetics that was being grown alongside it. When trying these seeds, the self-pollination of Crystal M.E.T.H. x Crystal M.E.T.H. didn't yield very good results; almost all the plants had structural deformities. But the cross Crystal M.E.T.H. x The Super did yield good results, preserving the mother's qualities almost intact. After several years of keeping the seeds, I decided to throw away the last 4 I had, of which 3 germinated, one being a triploid (the smallest). Data on the grow: The plants were put to germinate in plastic cups along with the other plants that had not been harvested yet. Before being harvested, the plants had a pest that was only present in the substrate. Unfortunately, the pest spread to all the germinating plants 😩. The pest was eating all the new roots (I had never had that pest before). And when I squeezed the cups a bit, more and more bugs appeared from inside the substrate 🐜🐛; the pest was already out of control 😩😩. The first 2 weeks were the hardest for the plants, especially for the #SuperSkunk, which was the most affected of all. To solve the problem, I bought #CaosVita (Diatomaceous Earth) from @geobootschile. I had never tried the product, and I was fascinated. In 1 week, the pest was completely eliminated with just one application of the product. After that, the plants were transplanted to their final pots. In the following 2 weeks, the plants gradually recovered, returning green color to the leaves and growing at a good pace. The plants were fertilized once a week with #DeeperUnderground from @topcrop for the first 2 weeks of the grow. In weeks 3 and 4 of the vegetative period, they received #Barrier and #TopVeg also from @topcrop once a week. #LegalizenLaMotaPutos

Aero_Sativo First week of flowering🌻 . 7 days since the start of flowering and the stretch that the plants are having is already visible. . The plants were switched to flowering with an average height of 23cm. . By the end of the first week, the average height is now around 32cm. . I intend and hope that the final height of the plants will be no more than approximately 60 cm tall. . In the first week of flowering, I fertilized once with #AlgaBloom from @plagron_crew_latam and #Barrier from @topcropchile @TopCrop_ and applied #CaosVita from @geoboost.ltda as a preventive measure.

Aero_Sativo Day 14 of flowering 🌻 . In these days, the plants have continued to grow at a good pace and all have shown their sex. . Since there are different varieties, the growth and stretch due to the change in photoperiod varies from one variety to another. . I placed the bigger plants around the edges and the smaller ones in the center directly under the light to level the height as much as possible from one to another. . The #InspectorLeiva from @southsidegenetics_ turned out male 🤷 (Out of 5 Inspector Leiva that I’ve germinated, all 5 turned out male 🤣 ) . The girls are averaging 50cm.

Aero_Sativo After 6 weeks of pollination, the vast majority of the seeds were already mature and ready. The harvest, drying, and collection of the seeds proceeded. Now all that's left is to test the offspring of each strain to see if I find something exceptional... As a fun fact, all the strains that had Skunk genes (The Super, Super Skunk, and Cheese) produced seeds like crazy. In contrast, the Black Domina, GG4, and GDP produced only a few seeds, and all the plants received the same amount of pollen. WeedNosHumos
