DAY 000
3 days in Jiffy pellet. She has sprouted, but does not have 1st pointed leaves yet.
DAY - X (FRI 9/4)
Still no pointed leaves. Planted jiffy pellet in final pot. Will start counting D1 as soon as pointed leaves show.
DAY 1 (SAT 9/5)
After a night with the humidity dome on, she's finally on her way.
DAY 4
She's still small, but healthy.
Begin WEEK 2
SUN 9/13 (DAY 9)
Finally starting to turn the corner. Should start to see some growth now.
DAY 14
She's small, but has 3 nodes. She has wide leaves that will power her well. She will be ready for topping on D21.
Begin week 3
DAY19
She's got tight node spacing and is already showing 5 nodes. Topping should go well. She is healthy and growing nicely.
DAY 20
Lowered light rig to provide 16-18,000 Lux over the entire canopy.
Dry another day. Probably bottom fed too early and slowed them down a bit. Pots are a bit heavy but plants are very healthy. Letting them dry up a bit and then will top-feed Recharge and any other supplements.
Begin week 6
She was topped at day 21 and is now forming a wide flat canopy on her own. She has multiple budsites and should finish well.
DAY 42
She is showing signs of P or Mag deficiency and is lighter green between the veins. Will top-dress with some Epsom @ next feed and adjust supplements.
Begin week 7
DAY 44
She is showing some overall light green between the veins, indicating Magnesium deficiency. This seems to be common with every crop once they start flowering hard. The intense LED lights add to the Calmag depletion as well. Will add Epsom salts to weekly topfeed of microbes/supplements.
DAY 46
ALL are showing Mag/Calmag deficiency...likely due to the distilled (de-humidifier) feed-water and intense COB lighting. Being a 65-70 day strain, it will now be a race to keep her healthy until harvest in about 3-4 weeks. She is a very good looking gal and will continue to supplement Calmag and switch bloom nutes to the Botanicare Hydroplex for its lower K ratio and possibly eliminate Sweet Candy which is also high in K.
Begin week 8
She's healthy and doing well. Calmag issue seems under control and new growth is healthy and unaffected. Will continue with Calmag and Epsom salts to combat the Calmag depletion associated with distilled water and LED lighting.
Switched PK supplement from GLN Bud Explosion (0-19-39) to Botanicare Hydroplex (0-10-6) for mid-to late flowering as the ratio seems better for later in the flowering cycle.
Begin week 9
She is suffering from Calmag deficiency and possibly Phosphorus as well. Removed the worst of the affected leaves and will try to boost P on the next feeding. She should swell nicely in the next 2 weeks.
CDLC - D59
Removed many leaves showing Calmag deficiency. She has at least 2 weeks left (per package dates) but will go as long as necessary. Switched flower nutrients to Hydroplex for the higher P ratio.
Begin week 11
DAY 71
CDLC has 11 tall branches with terminal colas. The colas have calmag damage on some leaves but the lower growth is green and healthy. She smells pungently floral. Will harvest the upper colas first and allow remainder to continue. She smells pungently floral and very perfume-y.
DAY 74
Partial harvest of 12 tall CDLC colas. The lowers are healthy looking but small. Hoping extra time will help them fill out.
She was harvested in 2 separate stages. 12 tops first, then lower canopy was put under 2700k Autocob to finish.
Final yield was 95g flower+10g keif for a total of 105g.
Very nice! Mine looks about the same at d20/22 :) have already topped 2 of my girls on day 18 i believe, not sure if I should top them all or just Lst the untopped ones 😊 looking good bro!
