Start a new adventure with this wonderful Gorilla Glue for the Weedseedsexpress competition. I am very confident and hope to get the most out of it.
I germinated the seeds with Enhancer and I noticed that the results are very good, in fact the plant has developed in a short time.
We will see how this autoflowering will continue in the near future.
Second week for the Gorilla Glue and everything is going very well!
Since it had a great development, I immediately transplanted it into a larger 12 L pot. I hope it doesn't lose too much in growth.
This week I bathed once with Enhancer after transplanting it and then with Bio Vega.
It is the first time that I grow Gorilla Glue and I have always wanted to try it, it is also the first time that I use this seed house. I just hope I can get some really great buds.
Third week and the Gorilla is getting bigger and bigger. Compared to the past weeks where it showed some slowdowns in growth the plant is having a really amazing vegetative recovery and is starting to develop a large foliar stage. The structural aspect of this plant shows very narrow internodes.
On a nutritional level I am continuing with BioCanna fertilizer at not very high doses.
I am really very satisfied with the results obtained so far and although I do not know this seed house I must say that genetics is not disappointing me at all.
Fourth week and I'm experimenting for the first time with topping on an auto-flowering. The plant is not responding badly at all and I hope this technique will affect the harvest. After pruning it has not lost any days of vegetative growth and it is developing like a real bush. On a continuous nutritional level with BioVega also adding BioBoost because I believe that we will soon start the first flowering period.
It is really fabulous how it is developing and has a perfect shape that keeps me watching it all day long.
I am really very happy to have had the chance to grow this genetics.
Amazing week. The plant reacted very well to topping and continued to grow without a hitch.
The stem is getting stronger and stronger and the branches in turn. The leaves are very fleshy and thick and I think soon I will prune the lower branches and the thicker leaves to better ventilate the plant and concentrate everything on the apexes.
In this week I am starting to notice the first signs of flowering and I am increasingly happy with the work I am doing.
On a nutritional level everything is going very well. I am increasing the values more and more and it seems that it is tolerated very well by this plant.
By now every plant I grow is making me learn new things and with this the experiments are going really well and it is making me have a great experience.
I am very anxious to see what scary buds this wonder can offer me.
We go into full bloom and the expression of this plant drives me crazy. It grows exaggeratedly and is developing a beautiful bush.
I gave a defoliation and cleaning of the lower branches to improve air circulation and concentrate the development of the flowers on the tips and not in secondary buds.
It's the first time I've grown a plant this way and maybe some mistakes I still make. On the other hand I am happy because the plant is developing quickly and the nutrient cycle is working well without any problems.
You will see what will happen, the signs of a good flowering are not lacking.
Seventh week for Gorilla Glue, I really like how this plant is expressing itself as the strange formation of the leaves.
It is losing a little bit in nutrition and I'm trying to figure out what the reason is but the growth is going very well, the flowers are getting bigger and we are starting to see the first signs of pollen.
It is very lush full of green leaves and full of buds ready to claim the highest place.
I continued only with correct pH water, I will see how it will express itself and I will evaluate it accordingly.
I am really loving this genetics and I can't wait to see what it will do next!
Eighth week and the plant shows strong signs of deficiencies and as a result the flowering has stopped.
For this reason I wanted to add BioBloom to the soil, removing the first layer of soil, in order to be able to recover it as soon as possible since it had a fabulous vegetative growth. Afterwards I only wetted it with the correct pH water.
I'm trying to understand what could be the problems, we'll see if it will improve the situation but I think I will also use other fertilizers.
I hope I can make her feel better.
Another critical week. The deficiencies seem to stabilize but I notice the blockage it has had on growth. By now I am trying to keep it stable and not make the situation worse. We will see what will happen soon.
I gave the fertilizer during all the watering with a higher dose than in the last weeks. In the end the buds are not forming badly and they don't even smell bad, it's starting to get more and more intense.
I hope that everything will continue in the best possible way, I will not stop giving my best.
Ten weeks and the growth of this plant is not progressing in the best way. There were some problems mainly related to a new light that I tried to use this time but the flowering didn't go well at all, in fact I think I will try again soon to grow more seeds with the usual lights.
In the next week I will harvest it since by now what it could express has expressed and so I prefer to make room for more and start all over again in the best way.
The tops have not developed badly in the end, they have a very intense smell, it's a pity they haven't grown bigger. At the end of the day this genetics did not displease me at all and I am happy to have more seeds to express in a better way.
Eleventh week and we are almost at the end. I was able to keep the deficiency that I had stable but the plant could not develop as much as possible leaving the buds small. This is also because of the new light I tried to use.
At the end of the day few but good. All the flowers are very fragrant and rich in pollen, with a very pungent smell. I am curious to taste this plant.
I have also started washing the roots and I think I will soon collect everything.
Surely as soon as I harvest I will try the seeds that I have left to really see how this genetics expresses itself.
The end for the gorilla has come. All in all it has developed in a good way seeing the final results. I really liked it as an experience as I used new techniques and learned a lot. Throughout the growth of this plant I used some new lights that I had bought and I noticed that they went much better in the vegetative phase than in the flowering phase. So I had more problems than I had with the previous crops, in terms of final yield and bud development. Surely now I will start the seeds that I have left with the new "real light" that I bought Spider Farmer and I hope to get better results. All in all, the plant did not develop at all badly, having sheared in the first weeks of the vegetative phase, it opened to bush and developed quite regular buds well exposed to light and covered with resin. The buds are hard and very compact.
After cutting the plant I let it dry and then put it in glass jars and after all this time you start to feel much better the sweet smell of red fruits, hints of fresh wood and hints of menthol.
In conclusion I am satisfied with everything I have achieved. Thank you very much WeedSeedExpress for giving me the opportunity to cultivate this wonderful genetics. I hope I have lived up to the situation and as I said I will start the remaining seeds to improve the results.
In these weeks I have harvested the plant and left it to dry maintaining an environment with regulated humidity and temperature. In a little more than a week everything was quite dry and I performed a more precise trimming. After other days I put everything in jars with the appropriate bags and I am checking the humidity every day by opening the containers. With this I notice that the tops are always improving and the smell is really intensifying a lot.
I am very happy to have reached the end and I am satisfied with the quality of this plant.
@Makers_Mark12, that's awesome Mark! Let me know what you think of the taste, smell and effect when you have tried it :)
Cheers and have a great weekend!
Lady loves some more watering evry time you feeding your girl try to give her 10% of the pot volume every watering. I also think your ph is to high so the lady can not get all the nutes out of the soil. Looks like nute blocade. Maybe it s time for a runoff.
