This is a bit of fun, I figured I'd post this as week 1 since we can watch the roots. In a couple of days they will go into the coco so nice to have a look at them now.
Also posted the mom as she was a reveg! Really looking forward to working with 1 pheno and really getting all it has to offer.
Will switch over to Remo nutes with a bit of realgrowers recharge for the transplant.
Into the coco/perlite we go. (50/50 mix) As you can see we have some lovely long roots after just under 2 weeks, time to get them in the autopots. The lights are slowly getting stronger and the nutes are more than they were used to so you can see some ruffled feathers. All will be fine though and in a couple of weeks we will see some crazy growth happening. Just trying to work out the schedule for the perpetual grow.
Not too much growth happening with these little ones. The Optic lights I ordered are still on their way so they are sitting under T4s right now and still settling into their new homes, usually takes 2 weeks or so before they stop growing down so much and start growing up! Hoping the lights are here by then, I'd love to know how long they take from clone to harvest.
Photo upload working again? Yes? Ok we're back! ... with honestly not much news. Here we have some wild clones from deep in the veg room. Look at their majestic beauty, how they sway in the breeze attracting prey and mates alike. This little known species is... ok I
ll stop going all Steve Irwin on you. The clones are growing away, light finally arrived to getting more growth than under the t4. All in all things are good, just waiting for them to bush up over the next few weeks before heading off to flower.
Ah there we go, now we're starting to get a bit more growth, the Optic 300 is really helping. Other than that, business as usual, seeing a few spots on the leaves from PH change, but nothing to worry about.
Ooh those new lights are strong. These little ones are still ruffled so I'm turning them down. Which means less power... I'm very pleased with this development. Also, fall is here which means I can go to using the outside air for cooling.
Last week of veg for these little friends, then it is off to the flower room for them. Been pheno hunting for so long I forgot what it's like to expect results.
