I've sprayed the girls with a garlic water but that hasn't got rid of the thrip..
Only stunk my tent out 😅
Ladybirds are in the post so hopefully they can get them gone 🤞
Gave some high and low stress training this week and defoliated fan leaves trying to gain an even canopy the best i can by snapping/bending and letting the light in

@Ganjaman420UK, I heard that thrips are drawn to blue fly paper. But the ladybirds should see them off. Good luck
