I've sprayed the girls with a garlic water but that hasn't got rid of the thrip..
Only stunk my tent out 😅
Ladybirds are in the post so hopefully they can get them gone 🤞
Gave some high and low stress training this week and defoliated fan leaves trying to gain an even canopy the best i can by snapping/bending and letting the light in

The most i can get in is 18 with next to no veg time but much easier work load on 8 plants lol
