This was my third time growing 4AM and this may be my highest yielding 4AM yet. This is the first time I've really noticed a distinct cheese smell coming from the buds. Same average density as my previous grows. I defoliated heavily and it paid off with some great bud development on lower nodes. Had to tie the side branches up towards the end as the buds were too heavy :) Harvested at day 71 with may 15% amber showing.
Both of these plants had a rough start but hers recovered the quickest. I decided to LST mine for a comparison since they would be getting mostly identical nutrients. Hers grew tall and produced large but not very dense buds. His developed 3 main colas through LST and produced smaller but more dense buds. Sour Stomper is definitely a daytime smoke but not too cerebral where you get thinking too much. Very frosty buds as well as frosty trim and very resinous buds - great for pressing.
This plant was extremely runted with some serious deformations to start but I decided to let it grow. Not very large buds this time but very dense and covered in trichomes. Great daytime smoke with a delicious grape flavor.
