This was a very easy plant to grow. She was topped right before she started flowering and grew up to be the biggest auto i have grown yet. This pheno has nice daytime high and I harvested her when her trichomes were mostly foggy with maybe 5% amber. Grown in coco loco and hand watered when the 2 gallon pot felt light enough.
This strain was an easy girl to grow. Very vigorous and towered over her double grape sister. She didn't develop the most dense nugs but I will attribute that to my lame light setup during this grow. She grew under 2 mars 300s and 1 hlg65 4000k in between. I've rolled 1 joint that got me pretty baked. I would judge this particular pheno as sativa leaning. I also vaped a bowl through the mighty and she still has a very green taste because She hasn't been curing very long. She developed a beautiful color when she ripened at the end of flower and yielded 54.8 dry grams of beautiful buds. I had probably another 40 or 50 grams of trim from this lady also. Next time I grow this strain, I will be dropping her in a much bigger pot. Harvested when trichomes were mostly foggy with maybe 5% amber. The biggest auto I have grown yet.
Plant growth is controlled by light intensity , oxygen , co2 , nutrients aid the process but the single most important factor is the light . Then oxygen to the roots , don't overdo things as they can never be undone , my golden rule - you can always add but never take out , it look ok , but could probably do with being closer to the light 👍
@Divs_darkroom, I knew about the lighting not needing to be changed but I thought all plants hand a flowering boost of grow, that's good to know thank you. Maybe that's why you really need autos to bulk up before they automatically begin flowering? Or you'll end up with little ladies?
@Experimentgreen, with a photoperiod plant your thought process is on the right track. with the automatic plants, they dont depend on light to flower/stretch. they do it when they are ready. so i keep my 19 hour lighting schedule from seedling all the way to harvest day.
