Esoteric_growing So far so good, all five healthy and as I would expect for this stage.

Esoteric_growing Plain sailing so far, held back a little keeping them in small pots and only a 150w cfl, now on to 20L pots and a 400w mh. Vigorous growth and lovey structure are my first thoughts of the runtz

Esoteric_growing Potted in to 20L and put under a 400w mh, they look a little tired as it was right before lights out. All going well and seem quite a vigorous strain

Esoteric_growing A few more days then flip to 12/12. Cuts taken and labelled ready for round 2

Esoteric_growing They have stretched a lot more than I anticipated for the first week of 12/12. Very happy so far and have about 19 cuts ready to test the strain in coco in my spare two grow chambers. I have numbered all the cuts in relation to which plant they came off so I will be keeping only the best two out of the 5 plants. Very happy with the growth structure so far, I normally top and train or scrog my canopies but want to just let them go to see their natural growth structure. In the next 5-12 days I will swap out the metal halide for my sodium bulb depending on how much they stretch.

Esoteric_growing Plants were growing so fast I snapped the main heads on 4/5 at a 90 degree angle and they have bounced back already. These are growing so fast I am going to have to mount the light directly to the tent bar on the roof of the tent. All of the plants are showing sex but one is showing it’s sex half way up a branch instead of at a node and the bract is separated from the ovule as shown in the last picture, very strange mutation. Apart from that all in great health and looking promising

Esoteric_growing Had one plant hemi, probably due to the high stress training I did last week. All plants looking very healthy, two out of the remaining 4 are several inches taller so may tie these down to even the canopy a little. One pheno is a lot more sativa looking than the others and had a much bigger stretch.

Esoteric_growing Unfortunately the very top buds look like they have got too hot and don’t seem to be fattening up as I would expect especially the main cola on each plant. Debating if to remove the main couple of inches of the main cola or to just hope reducing the temp will allow them to develop as normal. Any advice welcome.

Esoteric_growing Struggling a bit with high temps and lower humidity than I would like but they look great. Typically the one plant that I threw away the cuts from as it looked too sativa turns out smells the best and its literally like a bag of skittles lol

Esoteric_growing Looking like it is possibly the best genetics I have ever grown. The one sativa in structure pheno that I wasn’t that happy with is now the best smelling and bud production has easily caught up and overtaken some others. I have a gelato pheno, a zkittles pheno and two which look to be a even mix of the two. So impressed with these that I am going to buy some more as I only have kept two phenos and test run them again in organic but also in coco and hydro. Will be begin flushing in about 5-6 days

Esoteric_growing Buds look absolutely insane even when taken under a hps, no filter is needed when buds look this good. Smell is insanely sweet and some phenos leaning a little to zkittlez and some to gelato. I already have cuts but I might even buy some more to hunt phenos from a larger pack. Barneys smashed it out the park on this one

Esoteric_growing Pics taken right before chop, currently hanging for the next 8-12 days and then a cure for a good few weeks. Pictures speak for themselves, I had high temps, supercropped the help out of them and yet are still the nicest looking bud I have ever grown since I started in 2003. Can’t wait to test how they smoke. I have two phenos but off to buy some more to do a more in depth pheno hunt.
